Overall this a very nice device. It syncs well with the phone and seems to be quite accurate. However, I took off one star because the clasp on the band could use a better design. It doesnt lock very well, so it tends to fall off at times.

Great at tracking steps taken and calories. Stairs are not accurate as I can receive as many as 25 stairs on my drive to work. Website is easy to use and updating can be done by moving my wrist near the "dongle" and then it updates automatically. Sleep tracking seems to be accurate and is very interesting.

Does everthing i need it to do. I am getting iinto the Health conscience mode and this helps me track activity and how i sleep. Also like that i can blutooth link to my iPhone. never missing a call (accidently) again as it "rings" on my wrist.

I recently upgraded from the flex and couldn't be happier with the ability to see my progress digitally. Also nice having the caller id feature and seeing my steps progress without having to pull out my phone. Very pleased with this purchase.

I liked this item, but I returned it. Mainly because it did not have the heart rate monitor (even though this was not the primary reason I purchased the unit) and also because the wristband was too small (and I have relatively small wrists).

My 12 year old was already active, but this makes him move even more. We are in Fitbit challenges every week and he likes to double or triple my steps every day. My less active 13 year old is now asking for one - you bet he's getting it!

Luv it! I didn't believe it would be accurate but it's very close to the readings I get while on my treadmill . both miles and the calories burned. So yes it's accurate. It is synking to the app too.Now if only the scale would!

Good product that does what is advertised. The software could be better especially tracking calories. Sleep function is good. To make the product better it needs heart rate tracking. Batter life is good but charging is a little cumbersome.

The Fitbit is a great encourager to get walking in. Had to return first one because it wouldn't sync to my phone. Replacement Fitbit shorts my number of steps by 1/3. Other family members Fitbit gives him an extra 10 steps per 100.

I have worn this daily for about week and a half and only needed to charge it once. When deciding to purchase, I was worried about the band not being able to hold up but so far it is very secure. The watch and the app are great and have been motivating. Love challenging my friends on the app!

so i intially got the fitbit to join in competition with my family since majority had em. then i found out coworkers had em. i have to say, it does help motivate to get more steps in. love the app and syncing capabilities. love the slate color too... didnt want black like everyone else.

I do really enjoy the fitbit charge . I like seeing my sleeping habits at night. It does motivate me to walk more however it counts steps sometimes when I am not moving so I am not sure how accurate it really is. Over all I like it.

I have had the flex for almost a year. I received this for Christmas and was presently surprised. Although the first one did not work (I exchanged it) the replacement worked perfectly. I love the fact that I can see the steps in real time and that it also has the date and time. Love this product!

Wanted to buy one for a while and glad I finally did!! Love the screen on it so I don't have to wear a watch as well. Also love that I can see my steps and the AP lets me put in a daily goal and it vibrates when I meet that goal!!

While the functionality of the Fitbit was impressive, my only complaint if the clasp on the back of my wrist continually came loose. I ended up returning it to Best Buy to get the Charge HR with the watch-like clasp on the back.

The Geek Squad was amazing in helping us set up our fitbit charges. I had a lot of difficulty at home. We had not purchased the protection plan but took it in to them to set up, which they said they did. That was worth the little bit of difference in price over amazon. Now they are working great and we are hoping to increase our daily steps. I like that it has a watch on it. No problems at all with a skin rash as I have seen some people have previously. I noticed they had instructions on cleaning the band daily. I do wear mine all the time, except in the shower. I work in a weight management clinic and we recommend Fitbits!

I would definitely recommend the Fit bit that reads steps. Way more convenient than trackers that make you go to an app to see status. It is gratuitous on steps but an overall benefit for those trying to stay active. Syncing up with friends and daily challenges help keep my steps up!

My new Fitbit is awesome. I wear it daily as my watch. My fit bit also has a built in caller ID and vibrates when I have an incoming call. The sleep monitor and alarm are great too. I can track my restlessness and sleep and it helps me to see and undrrstand why I am tired throughout the day.

Hi! I have really enjoyed my fitbit charge. It is an easy way to track my daily steps, miles, active minutes, sleep, etc. I can set my fitness goals and it shows me if I am achieving them. I highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to reach their fitness goals and live a healthier life.

I'm very happy with it. It's a constant reminder to get up and moving around. Great quality and feels just like wearing a watch. Only thing I have to complain about is the size. I thought I have small wrists so I got a small.. it just barely fits me! Otherwise, I'm very happy with it.
