I like this product but would have preferred that it was battery operated like the zip. It has data that is easy to read and accessible even in the dark.

I wish I could get phone notifications synced with my Samsung galaxy Note 4. Very frustrating, it worked the first day and only the first day. The charge doesn't last as long as they claim it does.

I have the original Fit and my wife liked it so much that she wanted one too. She especially likes the added screen on the charge so she doesn't have to look at her phone as much for steps, time, etc.

My grandson wanted one for his birthday. I reviewed other units such as Garmin, but he required the Fitbit Charge. I bit pricey, but appears to be of solid build. 3 weeks in, so only time will tell...

Hard to snap on rist for person with athritis and clock has been changing every other day by about 2 hours. Still trying to get answers from Manufacture.

I absolutely love my Fitbit! Only regret was that I did not purchase the one that tracks the heart rate as well. I've learned a lot about what changes I need to make to my life style in order to achieve my weight and sleep goals from using the Fitbit!

Battery did not hold charges properly after a few weeks after the purchase. Called FITBIT, the customer service representative was extremely patient in diagnosing the problem. Concluded with a low voltage defect. Received replacement within the week.

I gave this to my daughter as a Christmas gift and she can't say enough good things about it. It gives her ideas and incentives for doing what she needs to do and rewards her for following through.

I purchased this fitbit for my 13 year old son for Christmas, he loved it. The only downfall is that he has an iphone 4S and the iphone app only works with iphone 5 and up. He is able to plug it into the computer and view the information though.

it works really well for counting steps and monitoring my sleep. There was a problem with counting stairs, but that seems to be fixed. Just having it on reminds me to get my 10k steps in every day.

Upgraded my wife's Flex to this as it was starting to give her troubles and eventually stopped working, which was kind of a disappointment as it was under a year old. I hope this one lasts longer...

I bought two of these for Christmas gifts. This one worked, the other didn't. Sync issues with phones that no one had an answer to. Again, not Best Buys fault, the problem is with the product.

This tracker has great features. We have the aria scale and all the fitbit devices integrate nicely. HR accuracy is best when not extremely active.

Meets the needs for reporting activity I did not need anything extravagant but just the basic essentials Only drawback to item is that it does not hold a charge for as long as I would like.

Easy to wear but does take a little effort to find out your readings. You need to hook things up to your phone to get the data that you are looking for.

I like the Charge better than the Fitbit in that it tells how many steps you walked, stairs you climbed, calories burned & has the clock feature.

I'm retired so it's too easy to sit on couch and watch tv. The Fitbit counts my steps so makes me get up and moving - boyfriend and I see who has done more by the end of the day. Great help!

The band is hard to clasp at first. Make sure you set your walk stride and running stride for accurate steps. Also, I really like the Call Notification and the Alarm. So far I am really loving my purchase.

I am very pleased with this purchase. In summary, it is addicting..in a positive way. Gives me the accountability I need to stay on my fitness path!

I love my Fitbit. It has given me a lot of motivation!! I, unfortunately, bought one with a defective battery. When I contacted the company they responded within 2 days, and I had a replacement in less than a week!! Great customer service!!!
