This was a gift, she loves it but believes it's not counting flights of stairs correctly other than that she's quite pleased with it

Works great for step counting. Sleep tracker is also pretty accurate but floor tracker is wonky, seems to count elevation traveled too.

I purchased this gift for my wife so that she could track the amount of exercise she is doing on a routine basis to see exactly how she is burning calories throughout an average day.

The watch does everything I hoped it would except for the fact that the food input is not very user friendly. Other than that it is great.

The fitbit is great for someone really into fitness or just someone who wants to count steps. The heart rate function is great. Love that it shows the time. Fits comfortably.

Had to return this item as it was very uncomfortable on my wrist. I have a small bony wrist area and the band did not conform to it.

I was very excited about this fitness tracker and it was okay at first but now it is not very accurate all the sudden. I have had the UP band, the Nike FuelBand SE, and the Fitbit and to be honest I think I liked the Nike FuelBand the best. The Fitbit app is impressive however the band is not. For instance the other day I was up at 8am, gave two softball lessons, and went to the gym. When I was at the gym I went on the stair stepper and I was on for 20 minutes. I did about 3 miles, burned over 300 calories, and did over 100 floors. I was excited to check my fitbit after softball and the gym where over. When I looked at my fitbit apparently I only did 4,000 steps and burned like 500 calories, and I was active for 0 minutes. To me that made absolutely no sense. I was active for 5 hours and 3 out of those 5 hours I was extremely active. I don't understand why it did not pick up any of my activity. I was reading about this online and others have said that theirs is not very accurate either and it almost seems like you have to overly swing your arms while you walk to get the correct amount of steps? I did the factory reset by plugging it into my computer and holding the side button for 10-12 seconds so I guess we will see how that works...

Upgraded to the Fitbit Charge after starting with the basic model. Like the look, quality of the product (reason I rated fair) but the performance leaves a lot to be desired. Constant issues with syncing. Tried troubleshooting as the website suggests. Sometimes it does fix the problem but its short lived. I hope they can work out the issues.

I should have went with the charge HR since I workout 5-6 days a week or waited for the new one. The only problem I have so far is that it does not accurately count stairs.

I LOVE MY FITBIT. I wear it with me wherever I go and get so much use out of it. It's really great seeing how many steps I walk per day and now I'm striving to walk more and more!
