Not sure it is accurate

I have tried measuring my gait, running and walking on a trail with mileage posted - sometimes it seems to be right on - other times, it is off by 50% or more! Frustrating then!

Accurate sleep tracking

There was a slight screen issue, especially when first using it but that seemed to work itself out. Some complain these bands are bulky but I had no issue with the size of this item on my wrist.

Our entire family challenges each other on steps daily. tgis one does not have the HR, but it does everything else you need. ahe is very competitive with our family for steps and it has made all of us more active to keep up and challenge each other.
