I really enjoy it! Love that once I figured out how to get it synced and set up it did all the work for me. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong in the charging but I'm sure that's me and not it

Easy to setup and pair with my iPhone. I use it every day and the app is good to track your progress and achievements. Love using it as my alarm in the morning. My biggest complaint is your arm has to be swinging for it to log steps. So when you're mowing the lawn, pushing a shopping cart, or holding a book while walking on a treadmill you are missing out on steps. This can be frustrating when you are walking for hours and steps are not being logged.

Great for getting me up to challenge myself to move and get more steps. Losing weight because of this!

Excellent watch and tool. Extremely helpful with tracking steps calories and the caller id was a pleasant surprise! It is very comfortable to wear.

My daughter loves this product along with the associated computer app. It has helped motivate her to stay active and meet/beat activity goals. Well work the investment and it also looks nice.

So far, seems pretty accurate and is a great way to keep track of my activity during the day. Note: The small wrist band size only fits very small wrists. Borderline not meant for adults.

Decent product; could still be better. Definitely needs an updated band and these fall off easily.

The fitbit has been a great add to my tech collection! the sleep tracking motion tracking all of it works as a great motiivator and tracker!!

The product is great but it does not fit slender wrist that well. My mom is very slender and it does not form around her wrist that well.

I bought this item because of a work incentive program and I can't believe how well it works. It keeps me focused on my goal. It keeps a charge for several days and was so easy to set up.

My wife used this product while running in the rain, thinking that it's water resistance would be fine. Apparently not! Condensation behind the screen and then it stopped charging. She loved it before but not so much after it didn't work anymore.

I purchased this for my Dad who I'm trying to motivate to get in shape. He's extremely impressed with the ease of use of this product and loves keeping track of everything in the app.

One downside to this product:battery life is too short, otherwise it gives accurate reading.

Be aware that some of the Charge models are having battery issues where the battery is dying after 1 day or less. However, that being said, if you notice you aren't getting the quoted 7-10 day battery life on a full recharge, I would suggest contacting Fitbit customer service or working with best buy for replacement coverage. I worked with Fitbit on this issue and their customer service was outstanding. Overall, this is a great product and I'm sure the majority of them are working perfectly and I just picked a lemon.

So, the setup was decent, but the initial sync was so slow that I almost interrupted it thinking it was hung. After that, it's been super accurate and took a bit of abuse really well.

I love the fact it keeps track of so much. Showed how inactive I was previously and has motivated me to take more walks and exercise.

So glad I chose the charge over other trackers. Its ease of use and wireless syncing along with app integration is the best bang for your buck. Would definitely buy this product again!

Very cool tool for people who walk constantly for their profession or the family dog, keeps track to a tee; sends reminder, updates, words of encouragement etc. Well worth the money.
