Easy to setup and pair with my iPhone. I use it every day and the app is good to track your progress and achievements. Love using it as my alarm in the morning. My biggest complaint is your arm has to be swinging for it to log steps. So when you're mowing the lawn, pushing a shopping cart, or holding a book while walking on a treadmill you are missing out on steps. This can be frustrating when you are walking for hours and steps are not being logged.

I had the HR but returned it for this model. I prefer a band that isn't a like a watch band. It was hard to snap at first but now it is easier. Love keeping track of steps plus get discount on my health insurance by linking it to my Fitbit. My arm feels naked without it. Love that I can see who's calling or texting without digging in purse for phone

Great for getting me up to challenge myself to move and get more steps. Losing weight because of this!

Excellent watch and tool. Extremely helpful with tracking steps calories and the caller id was a pleasant surprise! It is very comfortable to wear.

This is a great tracker, but is really small. I based buying size off measurements online & on box. It did not fit. Return was not a problem.

I bought this item because of a work incentive program and I can't believe how well it works. It keeps me focused on my goal. It keeps a charge for several days and was so easy to set up.

The band is very hard to snap shut. That is the only problem with the Fitbit otherwise i Love it.l

The fitbit has been a great add to my tech collection! the sleep tracking motion tracking all of it works as a great motiivator and tracker!!

Used to have the Garmin VivoFit but my dog got a hold of it... decided to try something less bulky and purchased the Fitbit Charge. LOVE IT!!

I upgraded from the flex mainly so I could read my steps, distance, floors, etc. on my wrist instead of having to sync on my phone. I really like it, it keeps me motivated to reach the goals every day. I couldn't get the call notifications to work and don't really care so didn't pursue it. I wish it had come in more colors since you can't change the bands like you can the flex, and it would be nice if it was a little less bulky.

I purchased this for my Dad who I'm trying to motivate to get in shape. He's extremely impressed with the ease of use of this product and loves keeping track of everything in the app.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and this does not hold the charge for more than two days. Less than mine which can go 6-7 days.

Decent product; could still be better. Definitely needs an updated band and these fall off easily.

So, the setup was decent, but the initial sync was so slow that I almost interrupted it thinking it was hung. After that, it's been super accurate and took a bit of abuse really well.

So glad I chose the charge over other trackers. Its ease of use and wireless syncing along with app integration is the best bang for your buck. Would definitely buy this product again!

Comfortable to wear. Easy to check results. Helps me focus on my activity level. But band closure is difficult to use and should be redesigned.

I bought this for my 15 year old daughter who is on her high school's track team. She won't go anywhere without it. It encourages her to run and exercise even after team workouts.

The product is great but it does not fit slender wrist that well. My mom is very slender and it does not form around her wrist that well.

Very cool tool for people who walk constantly for their profession or the family dog, keeps track to a tee; sends reminder, updates, words of encouragement etc. Well worth the money.
