It took me a while to set up my Fitbit because it comes with absolutely zero instructions. I learned through Google. Which is crazy to me. Just one small piece of paper with general help would have been nice. I realize some people just "know", but not everybody. That's my biggest complaint. I ordered it online so I didn't have the option of free set up from Best Buy. Other than that I like the Fitbit. Works great and I have had no problems with it.

I had a Fitbit One for several years but I wanted to try something more accesible. The Charge is perfect. It's great to have easy access to my info.

I researched various devices. This particular device is easy to use and has the functionality that I needed.

i like the item however i am disappointed that my particular fitbit does not record as many steps as my husbands and daughters. We literally walk together and when we check our progress, mine is always significantly lower. I know that the steps are there, so not a big deal but would like credit for my efforts. Probably should exchange it but too much of a hassle

Love it! I enjoy having the caller ID. I have enjoyed watching my progress each day and week through the app on my phone that syncs to this product.

I bought a Fitbit Charge for myself and my daughter and we have both loved using them. They are reliable (I actually counted my steps and compared my count to the display on the Fitbit), and fun (at the push of a button, I can see how close to my number-of-steps goal I am, how many calories I have burned and several other statistics). In addition, my daughter and I are able to "challenge" each other and monitor our "contest" on our personal computers. We have had great fun while getting fit. I really enjoy getting fit with my daughter using the Fitbit Charge.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it! This one does t have the controversial heart monitor either so I assume everything else is accurate.

made a great gift for my dad. He finds himself trying to compete with me for daily steps. A great, fun way to make doing minor exercise enjoyable.

Very easy to use. Like the alarm feature. I wear the band fairly loose due to the material. I wish they had the material in a metal versus a plastic.

Nice color and easy to use and wear. Too bad I lost in out of the country I really liked it.

Purchased this as a gift for my wife. She is enjoying tracking her daily progress. She says its comfortable to wear and was easy to set up and use.

Since my wife got it it has motivated her to be more active. However it would be nice to have a medium band since the small or large don't fit well.

I picked this up on Black Friday for my girlfriend. When I got it home and set it up i fell in love with it. I currently use the Nike Fuel Band (Also a great product, but lacks some feature the Fitbit has in relation to its phone application. It's so much more in depth in regards to information of how you moved throughout the day, and what you have ate. I'm going to make the switch myself when the life of my current activity tracker fades away!

I gave this to my wife as a gift. She likes the Fitbit to keep track of her steps while on her daily walks and runs. She says it's a great product.

wearing the FitBit makes you do more; park further from the office, take the stairs instead of the elevator, attempt to change your sleep habits

I love my Fitbit!It keeps me on track with my steps and calorie intake.It pushes me to reach my step goal everyday and I love that I can scan my food which makes it easier to keep track of my calories.I didn't realize that I wasn't getting a restful sleep every night until my Fitbit!Would recommend to anyone that wants that little push to become healthier.

Really like the Fitbit. The sleep tracker is fantastic. Seeing me reach goals is everything I hoped for. Other family members want one now.
