Good features

The basic Flex is very good but has been missing the important component of a heart rate tracker. That is now present in this model. It also has a caller id feature, which can be distracting but does have its uses. Although I have tried to indicate that I would recommend this to a friend, the program is switching my entry to "no" and I cannot seem to override that.

I bought a bitbelt to keep it from happening again - but I have decided to return mine and get a FitBit Surge instead. If I had known they were coming out right after Christmas, I would have waited to buy one.

Great substitute for the Force
