Great device but the proprietary charging is dumb

It is super small and comfortable and connects easily with my phone but what the heck is the deal with the charger port and chord? I wish companies would get on board with a generic charger and be done with it. Also, I am afraid the connection will get loose over time and quit working. We will see.

She had a problem with her Fitbit Charge - the small button she pushed to see her stats fell off. She could review her stats on her smartphone, but not on the Fitbit. When I called the company a real person answered the phone. She was very helpful, and I received a new Fitbit at no charge.

I had two different sales associates that helped me decide on which activity tracker to buy. They were very knowledgeable about the trackers and understood what I was looking for. I will go back to Best Buy the next time I want to make an electronics purchase.
