Wears very comfortable, looks great, and is extremely accurate.

This is very easy to set up. It's easy to read and sends you your weekly updates regularly. It vibrates when you hit 10k steps. The only issue is that it's hard to fasten. Hopefully it will get better the more I have to fasten it.

Sleep tracking is good but lacks capability to track REM sleep.

I thought that I would really like my new activity band , but I actually LOVE it! I've found it a great way to increase my activity level. My only regret is that I wish that I had purchased the next level band with the heart rate monitor. I know someone who got this band and finds the heart rate very helpful. All in all, I love my fitness band!

I had the fitbit and it worked great for a year and then it stopped charging on me so I wanted to upgrade and bought the Fitbit Charge and so far it is working great too!! I like that you can also count calories too!

We purchased the Fitbit for our 24 year old daughter. Despite letting it charge overnight it would not hold the charge for more than a minute or two and, despite following the instructions carefully and working through suggested fixes on user groups, we could not get the device to sync. We returned the unit to the store and were Todd they had quite few returned for the same reason. We then tried to buy a jawbone but the store was sold out. We then went to competitor to buy the Jawbone where we were told that they had similar problems with Fitbit returns. There must be many happy users out there but my daughter was not one of them.
