Fitbit is a great motivator!

The older ones had trouble with the wristbands breaking. Best Buy was great about sending it back and getting me a new product. There were no hassles.

Good activity tracker

It is very accurate when calculating steps. One drawback is the sleep activity tracker which is not very accurate (actually i don't think any tracker are good to monitor your sleep).

Great Product for fitness

She loves the fitbit, my only regret is that I didn't buy the fitbit with the HR feature, but other than that we are very satisfied with this product.
