purchased it for my fiance and she loves it. Tracks everything she wants and links to her phone easily. Battery life is great

I love my Fitbit. Super motivating. Love all the fun challenges you can get into with your friends to really get you moving. Battery life is a bit skeptical but I'm working it out with their customer service, who seems to be very eager to get the prob fixed.

The Fitbit series really gets you motivated. Excellent way to get started on a fitness routine and to keep you motivated. Also includes a silent alarm, which is awesome, and GPS enabled distance measurement.

it was a gift for a family member. it took longer to set up and connect with the mac book pro than we thought. It appeared to be hung up but it finally finished so don't give up and disconnect the device.

This was actually a gift for my wife. I am waiting for the Charge HR. From what I read this was the best product on the market and now that she has been using it I have to agree. Less issues than other trackers and keeps a more accurate count of actual steps taken.

Its prefect to get people up off there lazy butt and walk around to get that steps for the day. you just have to remember if its on all day not to shower in it.

This has been one of the best purchases I have ever made. Talk about a motivator, I find myself making myself walk those extra steps just so I can say I made my goal everyday. I have had mine just over a month and have lost 6.5 pds without any major diet changes.

Not only did it track my calories but also tracked my sleep and had a built in alarm that I loved. Totally recommend it.

The Fitbit has made me more fitness conscious and serious about wanting to be more active. I love the sleep monitor as it lets me know how little I sleep. I am even in a FITBIT challenge w/ my co-worker.

I wish I could get phone notifications synced with my Samsung galaxy Note 4. Very frustrating, it worked the first day and only the first day. The charge doesn't last as long as they claim it does.

I have the original Fit and my wife liked it so much that she wanted one too. She especially likes the added screen on the charge so she doesn't have to look at her phone as much for steps, time, etc.

I absolutely love my Fitbit! Only regret was that I did not purchase the one that tracks the heart rate as well. I've learned a lot about what changes I need to make to my life style in order to achieve my weight and sleep goals from using the Fitbit!

I gave this to my daughter as a Christmas gift and she can't say enough good things about it. It gives her ideas and incentives for doing what she needs to do and rewards her for following through.

I purchased this fitbit for my 13 year old son for Christmas, he loved it. The only downfall is that he has an iphone 4S and the iphone app only works with iphone 5 and up. He is able to plug it into the computer and view the information though.

it works really well for counting steps and monitoring my sleep. There was a problem with counting stairs, but that seems to be fixed. Just having it on reminds me to get my 10k steps in every day.

Upgraded my wife's Flex to this as it was starting to give her troubles and eventually stopped working, which was kind of a disappointment as it was under a year old. I hope this one lasts longer...

I bought two of these for Christmas gifts. This one worked, the other didn't. Sync issues with phones that no one had an answer to. Again, not Best Buys fault, the problem is with the product.

This tracker has great features. We have the aria scale and all the fitbit devices integrate nicely. HR accuracy is best when not extremely active.

Easy to wear but does take a little effort to find out your readings. You need to hook things up to your phone to get the data that you are looking for.

Meets the needs for reporting activity I did not need anything extravagant but just the basic essentials Only drawback to item is that it does not hold a charge for as long as I would like.
