Great tracking tool

After looking at the various types, I was assisted by a wonderful representative in the store who wound up having to order it online for me as they had none in stock in the color I wanted. I love it. It keeps me much more mindful and pushes me to be more active and stay that way.

Nice fitness tracker

It’s a nice device electronically, but material-wise just didn’t hold up. The warranty saved the day, not just once, but twice. Thanks Best Buy for the no hassle return.

Disappointed

I don't think it's very accurate, I have walked with a shopping cart and it won't read my steps. I have stood still moving my arms and it reads my feet moving. I do find it interesting to check my sleep pattern just not sure how well it reads that

Flawed

The clasp is very poor to say the least!!! Apart from that I have no idea as we only had it a day!!! Very sad kid!!!

Strap Still Sucks

I waited to buy fitbit because of the problems they were having with the Force. They said they had resolved the problems but the wrist strap still sucks. I only had it for three weeks and it fell off my wrist on the train. Now it's gone and I'm out over $100. Please be aware that the strap issue is still present.

Measurements are not accurate.

I had a fitbit One before. It showed correct floors and the steps were close to my counts. Something is seriously wrong. I will return it for a fitbit One.
