Must be a lemon!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a lot of research, I believed this to be the best product for my needs, the big thing being the sleep monitor and phone # showing on the band! Well no matter many times I tried the phone # has never appeared! The sleep registered the first three nights, then it registered I haven't slept in two nights! We came back to our state after vacation, the time is still a hour ahead. The distance walked is way off and I did not climb any steps, although it says I've gone up seven! I will exchange it, I bought the warranty, if the new one isn't better I would not advise anyone to buy one! Instructions printed would have been nice, but everything on line.. Not convenient ! I did reset, the troubleshooting, everything! It still is not working right!

Bad Seed

Wasn't very happy with the help from Fitbit customer service to be honest. Things happen but they would not work with me in any way to resolve getting one replaced before 3 months. I just have to wait they said and sorry.

Waste of money

My first day wearing it I was sitting at a sporting event, I somehow managed to walk 500 steps while sitting there. I soon realized it counts the times you move your arm, NOT how many steps you take. Also, if you don't move your arm while you walk your steps aren't counted.
