    I wear the band on my right (dominant) hand as I love my collection of classic watches too much to move to a digital ones. So, a lot of chores I do like cleaning the dishes, cleaning car or simply moving hand while doing my day to day office work mostly sitting on a chair, it counts my movement of hands as if I am walking or doing any physical exercise.
