<1month doesn't work

It says I am able to swim with it, so I did; not sure if that was issue or I can't wear wrist watches so they could be a factor also (I bought extra warranty for this reason).

It's ok for starters.

I have had it for about 1 month but once it out of charge it appears to loose the data on the app. After recharging I noticed it lost some of my inputted data and my friends that I added.
