Great product too bad it can't pick my meals for me

This is a pretty good product. But I've had some issues with it not connecting and the band wearing out. I highly recommend the Geek Squad Protection on this item. They make it so simple to replace if something goes wrong with your Fitbit!

Tracker has a hard time tracking exercises and steps accurately. I like it due to light weight and barley notice it's there compared to the next models up. Def lacks in tracking technology though.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas as she wanted a sleek alternative to her blaze. It doesn't track flights and is missing too many features for what it's advertised to be so we returned it.

I bought this as a back up to my alta HR. I was excited about this one cause i liked the flexibility to wear it as a necklace. However it stopped updating to the app. Haven't used it since.

We got a pair of these - one for each my wife and I. We returned them after 2 days because we just wanted more "Smart" features. If all you want is a step counter, none work better than this.

I wore it for my classes in the swimming pool and one week later it no longer worked. I had to take it back one week from the day. I got a replacement and bought the warranty. I now no longer wear it in the pool

I returned the tracker because it was not what I thought. I didn't like the buttons that flashed. I didn't understand and it just was not easy to use. My problems but nothing wrong with the item..

I find the tracker to work well, however, by moving my wrist, steps are recorded even if I did not take any. I could attach the band to my sneaker and probably get a more accurate read.

After turning off ALL notifications except for when I reach my steps goal. I find the notifications distracting. I really am so happy that I purchased the tracker. I just didn't appreciate the band.

Registers steps by wrist motion...I have my wrist stable at work; therefore not accounting for my steps. An active waitress accruing no steps with tray in hand...disappointing!

This was an xmas gift. It did not work right, but FItbit customer service worked on it and determined we needed a new one, and sent one. Will see how that one works

This is not what I wanted. This only works if you have your phone or tablet on or near you. I Don't live with either of these hanging on me all the time.

I purchased it as a gift for my mother. It's seem to work for a few days but then the steps were incorrect for almost every other time so I would not purchase again

Wonderful tracker.... but wrist band fails, cracks at attachment point. Replacement(s) needed after a year of wear.

Not happy with this one stop working shortly after getting it would not sync up to my phone or the app

Nothing special about it, honestly. Bought it for my mom for her birthday. Should’ve spent the few extra dollars for a real FitBit.

This is my 2nd Flex2. I lost my first one...never had ANY problem with it. This one routinely stops tracking my steps & needs to be reset.

I purchased this tracker because of the performance of the Fitbit One which was great for several years before it died. I was not as successful with the Flex 2 Tracker. I could not get the Tracker to sync with my computer or my phone. The people at Best Buy tried to be helpful but they were not successful syncing the tracker either. I returned it for credit.
