Have switched to Garmin. App wasn't great, and tracker stopped working, so it's in the trash now.

This item just was not what I had expected. It was very hard to put on and remove. I liked the slim style but way to much trouble to wear.

I had yes had by fit bit for 5 months before it died. Was happy with it before it stopped working.

I was disappointed that it didn't have a heart rate monitor. I returned it and purchased the Fitbit Alta.

Had to return. I got the Charge 2. I didn’t like that you couldn’t see results on your wrist.

Only counts footsteps. I returns mine and got a charge 2 instead. My phone counts footsteps, no point is spending $50 on a band for that

I really like how my fit bit has motivated me in the fact I move way more than I thought I did which in turn has helped my outlook on exercise.

I have a smartwatch which better records my steps. The flex seems to judge only half of what the smartwatch does. Only got this for swimming.

Basic. The item does its job well but It’s just a little too basic. Definitely not for someone who wants a lot of detail.

Bought for my neice for birthday. Good features and works well. Shes a runner and picky eater so this helps track her activities

It was great until i got my apple watch, but i wasn't very convenient because it didn't show text messages, it only buzzed.

It's a very basic tracker and not really worth the money for what it is. My iPhone and MyFitnessPal accomplish the same purpose

I got this in nov 2017 and it has been working fine until a month ago. I’m sitting down and the app says good job, you did 25 min elliptical. I’m so disappointed because it was very incouragjng to track the steps, you push yourself harder but with this malfunction I don’t really count my steps accurately, I don’t know what’s ghe return policy on this cause it’s expensive to get a new one .

This is the average fit bit braclet for someone who wear a lot of nice brackets this does not mesh well

Purchased for my 12 year old grandson to help him get fit, but it is hard to understand and manage the little LED lights.

Get them what they want. She said the other fit bit product was too bulky. It does not do heart rate but she is ok with that

Bought it for my daughter. Seemed to work well. sure, she lost it but whoever found it probably enjoys it

Bought as a gift seemed streamlined and not too complex price was right didnt want that color nut its all they had

No instructions in the box. Went back to Best Buy for help to find the sensor and the website. Would not sync with my iPhone6 (after charging) so no data displayed, making the device useless. Band very difficult to get on and off. Have an old ChargeHR that doesn't sense any more but that was better than this.

Bought this as a gift for my mother and she didn't think it was accurate. I would have to agree
