I didn't care for the fit but the tracking software was solid. I returned it and went with the Under Armour one.

This was the second Fitbit Flex 2 I have purchased. Both quit working within a week & had to be returned.

This item syncs well but the step count is inaccurate. Going to return and get an Apple Watch.

Stopped working, charging within a few months. I returned it to Best Buy (Geek Squad protection Plan) and exchanged it for another which I gave to my daughter. And that one also stopped charging within a few months. Returned that one and got my money back. Now we use apple watch.

first unit i used it is quite simple and cheap but works with wieght watchers

I wear it all day and during workouts and it doesn't appear to count the steps accurately.

I was very excited to purchase this, but it's been anything but exciting. I walked more than 7,000 steps yesterday and it only counted 20 of them...I only know that because I had my phone with me all day and it kept an accurate-enough count. So needless to say, it's not accurate on steps and sometimes if I'm moving it will alert me to move, even though I have been recently. Also, if I wear anything dark, it comes off on the high tips of the rubber band and I haven't been able to get it off. Lastly, I called the store (Louisville, KY on Shelbyville Road) to make sure they had the pink color, they said they did, several in fact. I do not live close and went into the store an hour later and they had zero. They ordered it for me and said it would arrive in 2 days, and apologized for my inconvenience. It did not arrive for FOUR days. I have thought about getting the bracelet, however it is more expensive than what I paid for the actual unit, so doubtful that will happen.

I was not able to get it to connect to my laptop of my phone. Was ok if it had connected.

I would not recommend this product. I would recommend spending a bit more for many more features.

wife likes it but there is not much to write about it. this is our first experience with this.

Purchased Dec 18, 2016 (3 months ago). Initially charged for 12 hours before 1st wearing. Got 4 days of use before needing recharged. 3 months later and now requires recharge daily. Guess I should have went with a Garmin. At least they have a replaceable battery that lasts 1 yr.

Bought only to fit bracelet my wife wanted. Already have other products so no research needed.

Do not buy this fitbit as I have had for less than a month and have to charge at least every other day. Now a couple of weeks in, after charging the Fitbit will die by lunchtime... Spend your $$$ on a different product.

It works well. Fitbit is a great product and this one is no exception.

I loved the Fitbit and the website is really cool and easy to use. But it gives me a rash.

Works well but I cannot get used to it due to the stupid dots.

The actual device has worked fine but the band design is not very robust.

Returned do to not being accurate and uncomfortable.

The chip you need to link it to a computer is not included and is $30 to purchase
