can not get Fitbit to auto sync
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.on the phone for several hours with Fitbit customer service, plus Geek Squad had PC and Fitbit for several days and could not get it to auto sync. They even exchanged for another new Fit bit but same problem.Only solution is to manually update step count several times a day.

Didn't really care of this

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It just gives different light codes and I just didn't want to keep track of what was being relayed about my phone. As far as tracking your workouts, you have to plug it into your computer. Kind of a pain. I quit using it after about 3 months.

Battery just kept dying

We had to return it and because Best buy did not have any in stock we had to buy a more expensive model.... Hopefully this one isn't a piece of junk.

Not worth the money

I upgraded to a Apple Watch since it’s so much easier to log and keep track of all workouts and such. Apple Watch is worth the money. This product is not

Can't wear device as it causes wrist problems

Looking up info about this I find that some people do have this reaction to various electronic devices, RF, WI, Bluetooth, etc.

Not what I excpected

The tracker would only track after a couple of laps swimming. I never ended up using the tracker in the pool. I returned it after syncing it to my phone.
