    Not so reliable

Compared to the Alta, this Fitbit model is not as reliable. If you serious about tracking steps, I'd recommend the Alta. The Flex 2 is my 3rd Fitbit and records 2-3 thousand less steps everyday for the same activity level as the Alta.

No on device display. No on body clip only a wrist band. Wish they would go back to the original simple model. This item was returned to the store.

The wrist band is quite poor and difficult to attach. The first time I bought the item it did not come with a clasp. Returned to store for a new fit bit that was shipped to me.

Honestly pretty unnecessary! Doesn’t do very much so I’d advise to save your money for a better fitness watch or not even use one at all!

Could not attach to ANY device with Bluetooth. Tried Apple IOS, Android as well as Microsoft products to try and get it to connect. Family has other fitbit models that do not have any issues.

This was a gift for my teenage granddaughter. In less than 30 days it quit transmitting data. Too expensive for less than 30 days. Plan to return to Best Buy-- we will see what happens.

Bought this for my wife. Unless you have it properly calibrated, it does not register steps correctly. Please make sure to use the geek squad to help set it up!

The tracker randomly feel out of the wrist holder and got lost. Fitbit covered the loss with a free replacement, or discount on a new one. Worked amazing until then.

I was very excited to purchase this flex 2 and really find out my swimming abilities. It really missed the mark. I do not believe that it was accurate in accessing the amount of calories burned. I always swim one mile and sometimes it recorded more than that. I love ny Fitbit HR and this certainly was not equal to the HR. I have been wearing it for the last 3 swims and it didn't even record anything. I will be returning this asap. I hope Fitbit can make this better.

Sometimes will work..sometimes not. You'll spend more time sitting at the computer or phone trying to get it working then moving. Defeating the purpose.

I just received this yesterday, in lavender. I have had the one (clip) fitbit for 3 years and finally lost it over the weekend. I love how thin and simple the band is, going from a hidden clip for 3 years I wasn't sure I wanted a bulky piece of rubber around my wrist but its awesome. For those who don't need to see on a screen their progress, this works great. I have my phone all the time anyway so there was no reason I wanted a screen that had to be tapped or pushed to see my steps- just look at your phone. I wear it next to my watch so no need to see the time either. I love that its waterproof as well! Very light weight, very pretty color. and you can pop out the actual tracker and put it in your pocket if need be. It vibrates twice hourly to keep you moving, and vibrates for calls/texts. Very simple alternative if you don't want the bells and whistles of other Fitbits.
