Could not get it to sync to my phone..bought a versa instead

Bought this for my wife as a Christmas present and she has not been able to get it set up and working.

Its not accurate. The least expensive but not a good investment.

I had hoped to use this since it was smaller and lighter than carrying my phone with a sports app. It didn’t do anything it said it could do. If I wore it and carried my phone then compared distance, it wasn’t even close. I took it on a cruise where I wanted to exercise on ship. Since I wasn’t online, I could not check status. Just not what I wanted.

This was a wasted of money for me,never accurated!

With no instructions included, it was not easy to get started, and then the device did not work and has to go back - to the store for return and replacement. This makes it even more aggravating, as I bought it online and had it delivered to my home. So far, a poor experience.

Not as reliable as the FLEX, got it for my mom, and it never syncs... She's so annoyed with it.

I prefer to use an app when I exercise. This item does not suit my needs.

The tracker is difficult to read. It signals you by different colored lights.

I really hoped this would help me track exercising, but it wasn’t even close to the stats that an iPhone app that I know is accurate can give. I gave up on it after I tried to use in places where there was no internet coverage and I couldn’t see any info. Really didn’t like his at all!

All fitbits are incompatible with the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. My fitbit wouldn't connect to my phone so I searched online and found out that even though older versions of the Note are compatible, the Note 8 is not currently compatible with any fitbit device, as of 10/2018.

It is probably not the fault of the Fitbit, but it would not connect with my LGV20 phone. I tried for 2 days and so did the Geek Squad. A young lady at the customer service counter finally did get it to sync, but it would not stay synced. I traded it in for a Garmin Vivosport.

The fit wasn't great so I went with the Under Armour option instead.

Counts driving, typing, and any arm movement as a step.

Great to get you moving. The battery is not the greatest, but still better than your typical smart watch at 3 days. I use it to count steps and not much else.

The design of the clasp is awful. I managed to lose it within three days of purchase because of the difficulty of snapping the pins into the opposing band's holes. Buy a third party band or avoid this Fitbit product.

I got this for Christmas and was so excited! As soon as I started setting it up it was having issues. I tried to work with it for 3 days, but eventually exchanged it for a Charge 2 and have been very happy with it.

I purchased my Fitbit mainly to track my daily walks and sleep. The Fitbit woke me at 12:30 am for some reason and the next morning recorded my sleep very inaccurately.
