    I bought this as a gift for my mother and she absolutely loves it. She uses it every day, it reminds her to keep moving, it tells her to get in 10,000 steps every day and she does it and loves that about it. You can change how many steps you want as your goal, so if 10,000 is too many to start with and then you can lower it.

    The flex 2 does exactly what I need. It does not detect a traditional weight lifting workout but it will detect when I'm doing HIIT. My favorite feature is the alarm strings so that I can get out of bed early in the morning without disturbing my wife with a noisy alarm or vibration from a phone.

    Sleep feature is alittle hard to get exact timing on graph you have to really study it also feel first time set up had a glitch after entering wrong .com for email was not able to correct had to start over with new email address big Hassel now have a big red message all time that will not go away reading must enter email.

    I really missed being able to see the number of steps I had taken at any time during the day. My other one was starting to fall apart but I am going back to using it so I can tell what I've done. I do not like having to look online to see where I'm at.
