    Terrible Product

I studied and compare this product, waited months for it's arrival and it's a bust. The initial charge went South and I had to "reset" it. It worked for the first charge, after the reset and the second charge apparently failed. The band is impossible to attach to the wrist. It really needs a second person. I can't tell if the tracker works or not. It's not a good product. It's going back to the store. I can't imagine anyone liking the band. It's truiy horrible.....

Good product to track activity. Only way to get details is using the app on your phone or other device. Also tracks sleep but personally I don't like wearing it to bed. Glad the band is interchangeable so I have the flexibility to change colors.

I do miss the screen but you get what you pay for, and is it really that hard to open the app on your phone? No. Great beginner exercise tracker. Live competing against friends and cheering others on. The social aspect really helps.

This Fitbit is okay for swimming but I do not believe it accurately counts the calories burned. I have a Fitbit charge HR and it is able to give me a more accurate reading of calories burned.

Good fitness tracker. Biggest challenge was removing the metal pin from the small band to the large band. Fitbit needs to either sell the bands individually or spend the extra money to have the metal pin (clasp) in each size band!

I received this model as a replacement under the Geek Squad agreement for a FitBit I had purchased nearly two years ago. It's a bit of an upgrade, so always worth it to get the Geek Squad protection on anything purchased at Best Buy

My granddaughter is a swimmer, and this swim proof Fitbit was the perfect birthday present. The Fitbit Flex 2 comes with a small and large band so no need to be concerned about size. Now I can get her different color bands for Christmas.

girlfriend got this to replace an old Fitbit. was able to sync easy to her old account. Only thing it needs approving is the "latching" piece can fall out and easily be lost. you need to make sure you latch it even when not in use.

This old but basic classic does what it is supposed to. It lights up to serve as a reminder to move! The color is true to pictures. I also later purchased the necklace with pendant as an alternative look.

I got sick of my fitbits breaking so I took a chance on this one. So far it is holding up. I use it mainly to compete in the challenges with coworkers. It would be nice to see my step totals but otherwise I have no complaints.

The Fitbit Wrist band is Fair.

I had to replace my original Fitbit wrist band as the Fitbit itself kept slipping out of the slot. So purchased a new one and so far it has last about 2 1/2 years. So worth a try.

Bought as a gift for someone who was curious about Fitbits but not sure about committing. This Fitbit provides enough info for those just starting out with personal trackers but without the hefty price tag.

I live everything about this band except for the button closure Perhaps not fair but i’ve lost other items with this mechanism and don’t trust. It’s proven too much works to try to force it to firmly close

My wife loves it but seems to have a lot of trouble getting the battery to charge. I am not sure she would purchase another one with this type of charging system.

I've had to reorder this fitbit device twice, because it couldn't start up to charge, and then it wouldn't even sync to my activity tracker account. The company is most likely putting more emphasis on the Alta & Alta HR than this device, because my Alta isn't having any problems of this sort at all. I will never order the Flex or Flex 2 again. I'm an Alta fan now, and it is definitely an activity tracker I can rely on.

The tracker works well - like the fact that it will track my swimming. It is not very good to track treadmill - need to use the smartphone - Miss being able to see exactly how many steps that I have without going to the phone.

The only negative was that it didn't come with the device I needed to set up the tracker and it would be nice to have that put in the product description with an asterisk that additional device needed to set up this device.

I originally bought this for my wife for Christmas because she wanted one that gave her options to use the decorative jewelry to carry the Fitbit. She was so happy with it, that I bought one for myself and couldn't be happier!
