The tracker is easy to use. It lets you list almost any food you eat easily. The mode to track your run is great to let you know your time and path.

I've had my FitBit Flex for a few months now, and it really helps remind me to move more. I work from home, so my normal daily steps are very low. The ability to see your friends' weekly average steps helps with motivation via competition. My teal colored band has gotten a little dirty, but I like that there is the option to buy other bands, so my teal one is my "workout" one.

I love my fit bit flex. It allows me to track my steps, but also does a little prodding to encourage me to achieve 10000 steps a day as a minimum.

I bought 4 of them for other family members alsol. I wear it daily and do challenges with my family members. I use it to track my daily dyeps

Simple to use and love the friends on it. The only thing I don't like is not being able to pull friends in from Facebook, I have to do it through email.

This new tech Fitbit is great for keeping you on a fitness schedule and tracks your sleep as well

I love my Fitbit. Love that you can change the band color. I do challenges with friend and it definitely encourages you to get those steps in.

I love this product and am pleased with how well it tracks steps and easily syncs with my phone and computer. It also keeps up with my sleeping cycles and let's me know if I am getting a solid night's rest. Love it!

Item tracks my sleep and "restless" periods. Very interesting!!! As well as allows me to set goals and gauge my progress with weekly status reports!

Bought these for everyone at the office as part of a new fitness plan, they work great, everyone like to compete and it really promotes walking.

My brother in law had a fitbit on vacation and I got one when I got home. It has been 2 months and I love it! Definitely waterproof have been swimming several times and showering and workouts are no problem. Love the interaction on the app as well. Great way to motivate yourself to get more active!

The Flex works very well and accurately accounts for steps taken. very comfortable to wear barely know it's on until it vibrates when you reach a goal.
