She walks approx. 6 miles a day now that she has retired. As a prior heart attack survivor, she is trying to keep in shape. She enjoys the fitbit flex as a tracking device.

Good, motivational health tracker

With the discontinuation of the Fitbit Force, the display is only a series of led lights, that can be difficult to read. Good battery life that lasts at least 3 days, or more.

great little gym assistant

It fits perfect on my wrist, is small and not that noticeable which is just what I wanted. Being able to just tap and know how far I have left to go is a cool feature. The app is super helpful too! Steps, calories, miles etc! I wear it everyday! Love love love it!
