I love the customer experience with an easy pick up process for a gift I sent to my sister. I ordered a FitBit Flex, which is an amazing product to have, and she was able to go right in the store and pick it up in less than 5 minutes. She loves her FitBit Flex because it tracks all of her steps, checks her heart rate and allows her to challenge herself towards a better health with the support of other FitBit users. I highly recommend this product to others considering this item.

I've owned my Fitbit Flex for approximately 9 months. I've worn it nearly every day without fail. It absolute encourages me to walk/exercise more. I love that I can challenge friends and see how they are doing. I also love that the app syncs with My Fitness Pal. I purchased two for family members and recommended this product to countless more. The ONLY negative thing I would say is that as a professional who wears suits nearly everyday I wish the bracelet as a little "dressy".

I love my fit bit. It keeps me active and is slim and goes with everything.

My wife was looking for something to track her movement and sleep patterns, and this fit the bill. Currently I think its probably one of the best on the market. The only major downfall of the product is the wristband. Its a fairly cheap piece of plastic, but the replacements are fairly inexpensive. We have already had to replace one as it snapped in half in less than a month.

My fitbit works great but I have had problems with the device syncing to my phone. It will stay connected for a day or three, then over the course of a day or so it won't sync. To resolve it I have to uninstall the app on my android phone, then reinstall it before it will sync again. Not sure if the issue is with my phone, the app or the fitbit buy my other Bluetooth devices continue to work when the fitbit does not. Either way I really enjoy using this and would recommend.

Its water proof and it works great. I can always sync in the dashboard.

I had done a significant amount of research prior to my purchase comparing the jawboner and Nike+ bands. Ultimately, I chose the Flex based on feedback from others that focused on 1). Accuracy of the data tracked including activity, steps, distance, 2). The fact that the Flex and supporting software would play well with other fitness related apps that I use to track calories and exercise, 3). Water resistance and the ability to track my sleep patterns, 4). Value, 5). Ability to easily and affordably replace worn or damaged bands I have been pleasantly surprised and very happy with the website dashboard and smartphone app that provides a wealth of information whenever needed. The Flex syncs continuously with my smart phone and provides all of the feedback that I desire. Ultimately, this is basically an activity tracker... if you approach how you will use this (or any other fitness band) as an indicator of how active you are, then you'll be very happy. I track three criteria as an indicator that I am meeting my personal goals; number of steps per day, calories burned, and miles walked (including general activity and workouts).

My son wanted one of these. It's been easy for him to set up and use.

This product is so easy. Charge it, stick it on your wrist, install the app and it will do everything else for you.

I am enjoying my Fitbit! I actually lost 14 pounds while tracking my steps.
