Super item that anyone having problems with getting some motivation to lose weight the right way needs this!

The app for the fitbit is easy to use, for anyone looking to meet their weight loss goal, I would recommend.

This is a great tool for helping to stay active. You can set alerts, view and sync your fitbit over phone with apps from the app store. See and track your progress toward your daily/weekly goals of steps/calories/active minutes etc.

FitBit is very user friendly. Syncs on smartphones or computer. The provided band is comfortable and secure.

Easy to setup and use. Integrates amazingly with the fit bit scale for easy monitoring of actual weight and BMI. has truly helped me get back in shape, better than any diet or fitness regimen on its own.

Outside of having to synch with my phone to see where my steps are during the day, its absolutely perfect. It's just like wearing a watch and after a day or 2 I forgot that it was even there. The battery life is better and its 24/7 wearable. Also water proof to boot...I jumped into a pool an hour after putting it on.

Use to have a One Fitbit but lost it while shopping at the store. This time I wanted to wear it safely so after comparing the different models at a price I could afford Flex was the chosen product. Con, I can't wear it tight because of my sensitive skin i would break up. By wearing loose it is also easier to remove when I need without opening it.

This is a fun way to follow progress and I love the flashing alert when the day's goal is reached. The weekly review is a nice touch as well. My only complaint is the difficulty of snapping it on the wrist. I understand that it must be tight to stay closed during activity but it is almost impossible to clasp one handed unless one has fingers of steel.

Even though the clasp could be better, it is easily fixed with an o ring from the hardware store. Besides that, this is an excellent way to keep track of your movement and to have a good idea of the calories you burn in a day. I loved mine so much I have purchased 3 more for family members. Highly recommended.

Keeps track of steps, intake of food and sleep . It is helpful

This activity sensor does a great job of keeping track of your steps and miles walked. It even tracks how well you sleep. However , I wish the battery time was a little longer and it would be nice if it kept track of your heart rate.
