I bought the Fitbit as a gift for my wife and it was perfect. It motivates her and the color is great.

Fun to use and it tracks my sleep. all my steps and best yet is it tracks my sleep and lets me know what I have burnt in calories. As for sleep it tells me restless nights and good nights. You will learn a lot about yourself! that is for sure

I love my Fitbit flex! It helps track my steps, and my sleep activity, and even allows me to track runs through the app I use on my phone. Very easy to set up and understand. I also like the ability to use it as a silent alarm.

Overall this product does what it's advertised as... pedometer, sleep tracker. No extra bells and whistles. In my opinion, a very expensive pedometer. There are better devices on the market that will do more if you're willing to pay a bit more such as the Charge HR and Surge.

I went with the Flex over the other options for the simple fact of everything it does. I don't need a heart rate monitor and I wear a watch so I don't need another device telling me the time of day. Caught this item on sale and went for it. The food database that is built into the app is amazing for logging meals and snacks. And the goal settings is a great feature to keep up with your daily progress. Cannot recommend this item any higher.

I didn't think that a $99 fitness tracker would work so well, but it does. I have actually opened the app on my phone and walked and watch it accurately count my steps. It's fun to see how many steps I've taken in a day and how many minutes I was active. I'm not sure if the calories burned is accurate, but I don't care. This motivates me to be active for 30 minutes a day and to walk 10,000 steps a day. Plus it is interesting to see how restless your sleep is every night. But you do have to put it in sleep tracking mode before you go to sleep and then off sleep tracking mode right when you wake up. I wish it was easier to do. This is the only thing that could be improved.
