It keeps me challenged to get those extra daily steps in to either meet my goal or push on. Being able to create a group of friends and compare each other's status is an excellent motivator. I'm in love with my Fitbit!!

Great fitness tracker for every day use!

Link with myfitnesspal (more extensive food database) for best results. Add friends and family to friends on Fitbit app for a little friendly competition and extra motivation! :)

Easy, Simple, and effective

(I lost my fit bit one.) Syncs with app like myfitnesspal and edmondo make this a great app to workout and keep track of health. Your phones needs BT 4.0 to sync wirelessly to phone but can sync with computer with dongle. Sleep mode is easy to activate and silent alarms are nice for couple who wake at different times. Great for taking a nap in a quiet area.

Overall good fitness tracker

I will,however, be getting the one that has the time on it. I would recommend that one. Oh, and I hope the fixed the charging issues. have to wiggle mine over and over again to get the charging process to begin.

Great inexpensive option

I have a nice watch so I didn't really want that feature. The only thing I don't like about the Flex vs. more expensive versions is the sleep tracking since you have to start and stop it. However, that isn't a big concern for me.
