Not a big deal jut a note for those who wear different watches, you might have to adjust what you wear.

I'm about achieving goals so getting in my steps daily is very important. It also tracks sleep so I know when I was restless.

Best gadget I've purchased.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought 2 of these to get an idea what our activity and sleep habits looked like so we could improve our health. You do have to log the foods you eat and I can't say if the tracking is 100% but If you want to see your calorie input and output along with the number of miles you walk in an average day, see when your activity increases and get an idea of how well you sleep that you need this. Again you do have to take an active part in working with the device but we have had great success. I have lost 26 pounds, lowered my blood pressure, stopped overeating and most importantly I can see my progress and ajdust my lifestyle to achieve my goals. Ultimately a fun device if you commit to using it. Also the computer, iPhone and iPad apps allow you to check your daily stats from anywhere.
