I love this item! It is easy to use and you do not need to constantly charge it. I am able to track my every step as well as other fitness activity. It has aided in my weight loss and allows me to easily track my goals.

This item works as intended. It does a great job and tracking steps and helping you meet your goals (steps, miles, calories burned, etc.) while also monitoring your calorie intake.

I've had my Fitbit Flex just over a month. It works as advertised and does what I expected it to do. It is easy to use. Syncs over Bluetooth with my phone (Nexus 4). One of the best parts is it syncs with MyFitnessPal, which I use to track what I'm eating. MyFitnessPal will take into account your activity on the Fitbit and add the calories you burned to your daily total. I also like the weekly progress emails and sleep tracking. I had one day where it didn't capture my walk on the treadmill desk, but I wonder if that was due to a low battery - hasn't been a problem since. I wish it had a watch (which was a feature on the Force, but that product was recalled). I bought a Bitbelt to keep it secure, since I know people who have lost their tracker. Overall, great product if you're looking for a way to track basic activities, like walking. Someone who is more intense about fitness might want something fancier (GPS, heart-rate monitor,etc), but this suits my needs.

I got the fitbit flex to see how my sleep patterns are. It has done that for me but it has also been a great motivator for me..seeing how many steps I've taken and wanting to max out all of the sections brings out the competitive nature in myself. It gave me the motivation to be more active

The fitbit is comfortable, battery has great life and it is really a great motivational tool.
