Very Useful and Helpful for daily activity tracker.

Love this! I am amazed at how much more I am motivated to exercise and meet my daily goals.

I love the fact that I can record what I eat, my exercise for the day and my sleep pattern.

For the most part I really do love my Fitbit and very happy about my purchase. I use it mainly to track my sleep, but like knowing how active I am throughout the day. However, I took me awhile to figure out how to put it in sleep mode. It was not well described in the directions and just took a lot of trial and error to figure it out. Now that I have it's great and I'm always able to correct or adjust using the app, which works great. The other reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that it can be hard to charge. you must make sure all contact points are clean and make sure the lights don't stop flashing. I would say it's a good device to start with for activity tracking, but eventually might need something more advanced.

I have a dozen other friends that have the fitbit and it is definitely great for motivation!

Fitbit Flex is easy to use and track your activity

Love my fitbit. No problems after having it for 3 months and super easy to set up and use.

I love my fitbit and have been using it for a little over a month now. It has great features and is easy to use. It syncs with my iPhone and the website, which is free even if you don't have a fitbit, is great. A couple of cons though - the battery doesn't always stay charged for as long as advertised, it said 5 days and I'm on 4 days and will need to charge it soon and I don't even use the silent alarms on it. Also, it can be a little touchy or sensitive. I was rubbing lotion on my hands the other day and was watching my steps go up...still haven't been able to hit 10,000 though. Lol. Overall, it's a good product that keeps me motivated and much more conscious of not only my steps but all activities and food/water consumption.

Easy way to track activity. Set up and monitoring is really simple. I don't have to take it off except to recharge about every 5 days. Sleep mode is a little tricky and sleep time is calculated based on lack of movement, not necessarily sleep. Overall, great product-completely recommend.

The Flex is great for someone that would like to change the look as often as they would like. The bands tend to dry out if you shower with it, but you can get replacements. This is my second Flex. The only con would that it is not submersable, so you cannot wear it swimming:( Other than that FitBit makes great products!
