I highly recommend this item for anyone wanting to stay on track with a diet/lifestyle change. I began using My Fitness Pal for helping me stay accountable for the calories I take in & burn on a daily badis. It also opened my eyes to how liitle sleep I get daily! Ugh! Then I was informed that the FitBit syncs with the program which will re-enforce my accountability. In addition, the fitBit has helped encourage me to move more since it counts your steps. It also helps to motivate me because it sends me personal messages of my daily step progress. When I decided I wanted to be even more active, I downloaded the Couch 2 5k . These are great tools to keep you on track & keep you motivated towards reaching your personal goals!

I love it! It is doing exactly what I wanted it to do - track my steps and motivate me to hit my goal each day. I've lost 9 lbs in 3 weeks - another plus! This truly pulls me to the treadmill every night to not let myself down. Highly recommend if your looking for that extra push!

Motivates me to excercise and get my steps in daily

Works great and easy to set up. Steps sometime too generous. Make sure to use on you non-dominant arm as your main arm will give you extra unwanted steps throughout the day. Sleep tracking works fantastic.

I like being able to see my activity and challenge myself. It is nice that it is waterproof. I am able to check it on any of my apple devices, such as phone, iPad, etc. I can also compare my activity to friends.

I love this new way of tracking. Holds a charge more than a week. Simple iPhone set up.

Bought this as a birthday present for my daughter. She wears it everyday to keep track of her steps and how much she sleeps. Tried a different brand at first, was not impressed. Fitbit did it right.

I never considered buying a Fitbit but was given this one as a gift and I love it!!!!

I'm enjoying my Fitbit. I am walking more and exercising more just to meet my goals.

bought this on sale, so a great value. Purchased it in black. Easy to use and comfortable.

For the money I think this is a cool gadget. It was a gift for my daughter. She loves being able to share and compete with her friends who have them. I'm not sure how accurate it is because I've watched her swing her arms and see the the step count jump up rapidly. Until there is a device with a lot longer battery life (somewhere around 3-4 days) I would say this is a pretty good buy for the money.

I wish I'd read the reviews regarding the this product and linking it to my phone prior to purchasing. The app for Androids will constantly give you error messages when trying to sync. Also, I though it would track my sleep automatically, but you have to manually tell it when you're sleeping. All in all, ok.
