Great item to get you off the couch

If you have any desire at all to meet your Fitbit goals, then you will naturally be more active. Personally, the Fitbit Force was a better fit for me. Fitbit does not sync with my phone, so I preferred the Force since you could view your actual progress on the screen, rather than simply getting a response of 1 to 5 dots. Unfortunately, the Force caused my wrist to break out, so I returned it during the recall. The Flex is good and serves its purpose. However, I would really like to get my actual progress updates without having to sync with my computer and navigate to the web.

It doesn't sync with my phone, which I was told it would. It didn't charge like the instructions said it would, all the lights just lite up and flashed. On-line service was prompt, friendly, Best Buy replaced it, but I had the same problem. Still no solution. The step and sleep data has been helpful, and easy to use. Overall, this is a good idea, not so well executed. Need to get the bugs out.
