I didn't get this to lose weight but it definitely motivates me now to walking/moving around more to reach the goal for the day! I don't think sleeping tracking feature is accurate as I like but you can check your sleeping pattern as well as your progress online(I don't have an iPhone to sync). The cool part of fitbit is you get an email alert when the battery is low; the battery lasts usually little less than a week. This comes with 2 wrist bands(big & small) and I use small one so my husband can use my big band for backup in case it gets dirty or something.

This has really encouraged me to keep moving. I really like how easy it is to use.

The product itself is great, though the newer model now has a heart rate sensor too. The only downside was that even though the Fitbit connects via Bluetooth, it cannot be used as a "trusted device" for your phone to be unlocked when near. This is unfortunate because I always have the Fitbit on me.

I bought this for my daughter and her's works fine, mine was bought by her at your store and I often have syncing problems. Hard to force sync and shows inconsistent data between my computer, Iphone and Lenova android. I also bought another for my other daughter and she doesn't have a problem either.

I bought me and my wife each a FitBit Flex last year and I've lost 67lbs. It's like any other tracker where get out of it whatever effort you put in. The apps and pairing with the Aria scale is what make this offering great. I bought 2 more for my sister and brother-in-law as a motivational gift to get them moving and now we hold family challenges encouraging each other to get/ stay fit!

I really like the Fitbit. I keeps me motivated and has helped as a reminder to get those steps in when I am sitting and working all day. It's easy to wear and best of all I love the sleep feature.

I ordered it online and it took over a week to be delivered then I found out that the store already had exactly what I had ordered so I could've picked it up that day instead of waiting a week and the band is turning colors and I haven't even had it a month. But over all I am happy with the actual fitbit
