Using the FitBit has kept me walking much more than I thought that it would. I am always walking extra steps to be sure that I reach my daily goal! Great motivator, I do wish they would make an adapter where you wouldn't always need to wear it on your wrist.

I really love this thing, I agonized before making the purchase but I am so glad I did. Seeing how active I am during the day and how many hours I am actually sleeping has been essential to my managing my health. I have 3 major chronic diseases I manage with diet, exercise and sleep to minimize the amount of medicines I must take so it's wonderful to have this tool. I use the food tracking tool many days as well so I can spot trends if my food choices drift off track. I wish using the activity "notes" feature was available from my mobile, I'd use it to monitor moods but I seem to only be able to use that from logging into the fitbit website (I hope they will improve this.) TOTALLY worth the money.

I absolutely love it, I know exactly how much I sleep and how healthy I eat.

It's almost like an expensive pedometer, but it does do more than that. I really like the sleep tracking function, which shows how well you sleep and any times that your body "woke up" in the middle of the night. I had no idea I "woke up" that many times in the night, so that explains why I'm always so tired. If you hook it up to a phone using Bluetooth you can easily turn on/off sleep mode, so it tracks more reliably. The alarm clock capability could be nice, but I can set the alarm on the alarm clock next to my bed faster than I can using the website. But the alarm clock function vibrates my arm and doesn't make any noise, so it won't disturb other people when it goes off, so it's definitely useful. Overall it's a little expensive for what it does, but if you plan on using all the features then it's worth it. Don't buy it expecting to lose weight, because that's not the point of this product.

My Fitbit is a constant reminder to meet my daily goals. I find myself checking my progress often and pushing myself to reach the goals. Love when it tells me I have made it via the little "happy dance" it does on my wrist. I find it is sometimes difficult to fasten but thankfully I don't remove it often. One drawback if I am at an event and clapping often it goes in and out of sleep mode.

Great product I love my Fitbit. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

I do love this Fitbit, but it's my first experience, so no comparisons with other products. I am disappointed that I have had to reboot it twice and have only owned it for about a month. Therefore I am happy I took out insurance.

I having trouble fastening the wristband that came with my fitbit-flex and thought this band would work perfectly for me. It works just like a watch band and plus I don't have to worry about it coming off which the other band did at the gym one morning.

the fitbit flex is a great tool for tracking steps & sleep, but it doesn't track individual movements (i.e. crossfit activities). The bluetooth works as promised & the sleep timer works well.

I love it. Needed to get used to the clasp and putting the thing into sleep mode.

I love my Fitbit it lets me know how many steps I haven taken for the day!
