If you are interested in better health, this is a perfect tool to get you more active. Most of us have heard we should take 10k steps daily and this bracelet makes it super simple to learn just how close or far away from that target you are. It syncs with your smart phone and you can check your progress anytime you want. And when you see you're close to your daily goal but not yet there, you'll probably be like me and start moving to get there - parking in the farthest space from a store, doing laps around your kitchen while making dinner, even marching in place in front of the t.v. counts. In fact, you may surprise yourself at just how creative you can get when adding to your step count.

Fit bit Flex is a great way to begin to track your fitness progress. An added bonus is the silent alarm portion of the sleep monitoring. This is extremely easy to use and the apps that are apart of it make fitness fun. The user is able to get data on the progress they have made. so easy. The Fit Bit Flex also connects with just about any healthcare apps available. There is but 1 draw backs with Fit Bit Flex there is no Heart monitoring available on this device. In all this is a great device and make improving fitness fun. It helps promote healthier habits.By giving the user accurate data they are motivated to make better choices. It is working great for me.

This product is truly amazing. Its very accurate and was very easy to set up and use. The convenience of the wireless updating cannot be overstated. The waterproof feature is terrific!

For $100 I thought it felt pretty cheap. The steps were very inaccurate as well as my active minutes. When I would workout, it wouldn't even detect that I was working out nor would it track those calories burned. Not worth $100

Like the ability to wear the device and its water resistance. Would like it to be able to track more movements than just steps. The clasp is a little difficult the first time you wear it.

I've been using the Fitbit Flex for 1 and 1/2 years. The first one I got finally died so I had to replace it. I love the fact that I can change the bracelet designs unlike the other Fitbit products. The only reason I say its Almost Perfect is because it doesn't last longer.
