I got this for my wife; I have a Fitbit One. While they both work pretty much the same, the Flex not having a screen or a button makes it a bit tougher to do certain things, like putting it into sleep tracking mode. Not a HUGE issue, it's just a little finicky.

It's very user friendly and ideal for the beginning athelete.

This is a good buy for the basic Fitbit. Sinks with iPhone.

I did a lot of research and wanted something simple and easy to use. And I found it ! This fit is great does exactly what I am looking for tells me how active I am and how many calories burned. Very easy to use.

I enjoy the accountability of the fitbit. I have to think about entering anything I'm about to eat in to my food log so it makes it easy to skip snacks because it's too much trouble to log them. Also, I have to look at my total at the end of the day and it really makes me aware of what I'm eating and how it adds up. I do indoor cycling and barre classes so the fitbit doesn't recognize either of those. I wear my heart rate monitor to determine my caloric burn during my workouts and enter the numbers manually. This works fine, but I never manage to reach my "distance goal" since I'm not a big walker.

Does exactly what it says! Works great and keeps a charge

They have some dropped some new fitbit fitness bands with additional functionality, but this one still impresses. It does what it says - monitors your steps and sleeping habits. Having it on your wrist is an incentive to be more conscious about your fitness habits. It easily syncs to your computer via wireless usb adapter (included), or to your phone via bluetooth. The web interface is solid, the friendly competition is welcomed. I only wish there food selection had more options as it would make calorie input a lot easier. You can use alternative apps that have great menu selection however.

It is one of the gadget I enjoyed. Easy to wear read and light.

I love it! Keeps me going all day. It tracks everything I do, without the bulk of a large watch with monitor in it. No one knows its a tracker! Its very simple to use and I get info on my phone which helps. I recommend it to anyone!

I got a really good deal after Christmas so was very happy with the value. The auto sync to the iPhone is great as I do not need to manually sync the device with the computer. Battery life is great and I love the alarm feature.
