I stand amazed at the support I received losing my FitBit after only 9 days. If you are thinking about purchasing a FitBit product, know this.......... you will receive customer service better than any you have received before! Thank you FitBit!

There are many such watches out there and they're all pretty similar. I'd say get the one with the best value (cheapest, and does what you want).

Great product

It is great and has really motivated me to get up and do something rather than just sitting on the couch. The step tracking isn't always exactly right on the money, but I didn't expect it to be. I mean...you wear it on your wrist after all. But I don't look at it as a "step" counter. I'm using it more as an activity counter and simply watching for trends. Sure I'll sometimes get a few steps while watching TV, but I'll get a lot more if I get up and go for a walk. So it is all about the activity trends and not the individual steps counts. Also, the sleep tracker is fantastic. I've been able to fine tune my sleep times and I feel much more rested than I have in a long time. All in all a great product for getting you motivated!

Great for my needs

Awesome device that provides tons of info

It does more than I need it to! Very accurate and fun to wear and use. I think everyone should have one!

Decent, but not great.

The battery started crapping out about two months in and so we swapped it for a new one under manufacturers warranty. Maybe isn't the most accurate with the steps, but I think she still likes it.
