Set a goal for steps each day and the fitbit keeps track. I tend to walk more now with the fitbit realizing I was not taking enough steps before. It is very motivating when competing with others who have fitbits.

Love that it is waterproof and has a fabulous battery life. However, I want to be able to see my steps throughout the day - didn't like just having the dots. Returned if for a Fit bit Charge.

My fault! I bought this for my wife, and it does work as intended, but the pulling of the unit for recharging is a pain. Should have just spent the extra money and bought her the ChargeHR.

It tracks easy and set up was easy. Very comfortable to wear and like that I do not have to take it off so I do not forget it. Love the silent alarm. Alo like how it buzzes when I have completed my steps for the day.

This FitBit helps me in keeping track of how I'm sleeping, reminds me to walk more steps and it's sort of helped to remind me not to overindulge on the wrong foods. Great device for helping a person get healthier.

This is a really great daily activity tracker. I rarely even notice it on my wrist. The only thing I don't like is that the only way to see what you are doing is by syncing it to a computer. There is no display.

Great product, to get a real idea of your fitness. Easy to use and sync. As you use the tools provided, it will make see your intake of calories and calories burned. This lets manage your weight and health very well.

I've been using my fitbit the day I got it and haven't missed a day. I absolutely love it. I feel it is very accurate and it really has encouraged me to walk more. I love that it can sync to my fitness pal too!

This Fitbit has done its job by making me pay attention to my activity levels throughout the day. Syncs well and has been trouble free.

I have now had two of the FitBit Flex models and both had to be returned. The first one was very temperamental about recharging and synching with an iPhone. That one lasted about 4 months before it finally quit charging entirely. It was returned (great service though with Best Buy) and swapped out for a new one. The new one would only hold a charge for about 5 hours- which precluded you from recording your activity for the day (the first one would at least last 4-5 days when it was fully charged). After dealing with that for about a week, the second Flex was returned and exchanged for one of the competitors models with GPS and additional Blue Tooth features, that model has performed flawlessly so far and its charge lasts much longer... but you can’t change bands with that model. The only reason I didn’t give the unit one star is that the features are pretty good. The FitBit “community” is excellent and groups are fun, the information collected is useful, accurate and assists in keeping you active. The community challenges do add a bit of sport to owning one and encourages activity. The optional band colors were nice and it was easy to change the unit from one band to the next depending on what you were wearing. It’s a good idea and keeps you active; just wish both units would have performed as advertised and expected.
