The device itself (the little black thing that goes inside the band) is great. Had it for a month and no problem. I go swimming with it almost everyday it still syncs, charges, and auto update like normal. The only problem is the actual rubber wristband. It comes lose at the plastic screen connection thing. I know other people had this problem so buyer beware. Other than that, i'm satisfied. P.S. It's hard to put on at first. You have to push it REALLY hard.

I love my Fitbit even the sleep aspect is AWESOME.

The sleep tracker is my fave feature. Easy to wear

I purchased this after researching several other Fitbit trackers and the Jawbone UP wrist tracker. It seemed to provide the best bang for the buck, reliability, and was least likely to get lost/forgotten. I've been wearing it constantly for weeks now (minus a couple charging sessions) and it's fantastic. The tracking is very precise and it's very convenent to use. Also the battery life is excellent averaging about 6 days per charge. The iPhone app gives you a decent amount of information and the Fitbit website provides much more in-depth information. If you shower or swim with it can get some water inside the wristband's tracker pocket but it doesn't affect usage. I usually just clean mine out every couple of days while the tracker is charging.

Fitbit is fun to use and watch your activity. The sleep tracker does not work well. Have to tap many times to get it to go into sleep mode. We have two in our house and both do the same.

Purchased for my wife. She likes it because it doesn't look bulky and does a great job of tracking her movement during the day. The iOS app is where Fitbit really shines since you can see your activity and see it over a long period of time.

Bought 2 of these one for me and one for my wife. They’re amazing if you use them all the time. I couldn’t motivate myself to put it on everyday and challenge myself, but that’s just me. If you’re trying to get in shape and add more steps, then this is perfect. without too many frills.

Bought this to track my sleep. Doing a pretty good job at it. Also like the fact that it tracks my steps and how many miles I walk.

I got this one for the price, other/more specs came on the more expensive ones.. being a nurse I wanted to keep up with all I was doing and to challenge myself, but it's annoying having to wear this and a watch since it doesn't include both

The flex is a great product - I'm very satisfied with it. However, it does have a shortened battery time compared to the FitBit One that I previously had. And it doesn't track stairs (or flights of stairs) but other than that I do love it!

Great product to keep me motivated and great for tracking sleep habits. Like the ease of use with the phone. Lots of things you can track if you want but you can pick and choose which features you want to use .

This device does a good job at keeping me accountable for how active I am during the day and I check on how close I am to my steps goal by tapping and seeing how many lights are displayed (each light is worth 20% of goal) but to actually sync and view all, calories burned, steps taken, etc. you have to be next to your computer then it will sync automatically. Unlike the Jawbone UP, which you can plug into your iPhone and get your dashboard at anytime. Snaps on securely, don't worry about losing it. In the end, does a decent job of tracking. Little pricey IMO.
