I purchased a Surge back in March. Good thing I got the protection plan, because by the end of May, I had to trade it in for a new one. The second one was done by mid-June, so I finally traded for this one. I'm so glad I did. It looks nicer, better for business wear, and it works fabulously. Great trade!

I had a tracker, but like the Fitbit Flex so much better. Easy to link to phone or computer, battery last a long time, great step and sleep counter.

The fitbit flex is a fun item and does what its suppose to. I bought 2 for my fiance and i and its really helped us push each other when it comes to fitness. For those that have written bad reviews because they think its supposed to track everything exactly to perfection, get a grip. This thing works on averages and gives a good basic reading of calories, distance, steps, etc. Once you realize this you'll really be able to have fun challenging your friends and family on a daily as well as weekly basis. Enjoy!

This is a good sleep tracker as long as you remember to put it in sleep mode when you need to. Also great at tracking steps throughout the day.

The fitbit is just magical, especially in combination with the phone, scale and computer. It's fascinating tracking my numbers this way. However, I bought the bright pink one so I wouldn't lose it amidst black purse and car. The edges are getting a bit discolored. I'd buy the black one if I had it to do over.

I had done some research and talked to other users about the Fitbit Flex. When I stopped in at the store, I found the product on the display and made my purchase. My only regret is that I didn't wait until it went on sale a few weeks later.

Like it keeps me motivated to walk my 10,000 steps a day. It's easy to wear and the black goes with everything. Have told alot of friends about it

The fitbit is easy to use and you don't notice it is on. Wish it gave a digital readout or had more color options otherwise works perfectly,

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He likes it very much. One piece of advice. Don't try to sync it to a computer that already had another device synced to it! It really screwed it up. But we fixed it and it works well.

my fitness project is easier with the use of this activity tracker. I use it with the FitBit dashboard and it can also be linked to My Fitness Pal site where there is a good calorie database. The FtBit site itself can also help you track calories. Both Large and small wristbands were included in the product

After using the Fit Bit for a month, I'm loving it! I have finally found the tools I need to get into shape and stay there. The scale makes keeping track of my weight absolutely mindless and the food/water input is as easy as it can be. I have been very impressed with the accuracy of this little device. I have the Fit Bit Flex and highly recommend it to anyone. Simply put the device around your wrist and let it do it's work! My results - Lost 14 pounds the first month! According to the BMI scale included with Fit Bit, I have a ways to go, but this is a game changer.

Very lightweight and functional. Easy to read and fits easily and comfortably on my wrist. Charging is straight forward but battery life is limited. Choice of colored bands is complete.

The product overall works as designed. It tracks the steps and sleep well but had difficulty getting the Fitbit in sleep mode at the beginning.

Easy to use, had regular Fitbit before but this is less likely to get lost or remember to put on. Both were easy to use and did a great job

This is the fourth Fitbit and the first wrist model. The others end up falling out of my pockets and getting lost. Fitbit support is sending me at no charge an XL band to replace the standard bands that come with a store purchase.

Great product. I have become addicted to tracking my steps and love that I can measure up against friends to motivate me. Band is light weight. Can be interchanged with other colors. Waterproof is nice

My fitbit is great for a beginner. I love to track my steps & sleep. It is hard sometimes to track my % workout looking online.

Made qualifying for my employee health insurance so easy. Synch's up and tracks my walking and sleep. Today was an east 27,934 steps! WOW!

Love, love, love it. Tracks food and sleep and it can be worn in the shower; 24/7! Syncs so easy. You will love it as well. Every person I've told that has bought one has fallen in love with it too.

Works fine, fits well, charge only last about 3 days but overall seems to be very accurate. Sleep and her functions are nice and seep feature works very well. Nice motivation tool
