It was really easy to set up on my IPhone. It helps me to keep track of my meals, sleep and exercise no matter where I go! I also love the alarm feature it is great when traveling.

As a pedometer the flex works fine. the charge does not last as long as the oriiginal fitbit and by being on your arm, if you tap something twice with your hand it automatically goes into sleep mode. not cool.

I bought this product to motivate me to lose weight and I've dropped 12 pounds already. I am very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone. The app is easy to use and works great.

I am only giving 3 stars because I could not use this with my iPhone or iPad. The reason is hat my iPhone and iPad are older. It made me want to workout more often.

Easy to use, just put it on and it tracks several things for. It's a great tool if you are tring to lose weight or just keep a food journal. I would recommend this product to anyone.

If you are looking for a less expensive fitness tracker, this is a good choice. It is simple but accurate, and it is perfect for people looking for a smaller device.

I like the Fitbit flex. The major drawback is that it is difficult to secure the wristband. It requires an excessive amount of force to secure the wristband.

This tracker works great and it's waterproof. I wear it when I swim. No issues. Good battery life. Simple to use. Nice app with great visual. Compete with your friends and family.

This is a great product as it keeps you motivated by sending emails and goal updates. Easy to sync and easy to hide if needed.

The device is OK. Other than counting steps, it does not do much. All other functions require inputs from the user.

My very first activity tracker. Easy to use. No fuss operation. Gives useful information on all the basics - steps, minutes, distance, sleep patterns, so forth.

There isn't much functionality here. Tracking sleep is cumbersome, the band seems to wear out fairly quickly, and other than steps doesn't really monitor much.

Flex is good so far... It's fun to try to best each days steps... And meet to see how restly your sleep can be ... Worth buying!

This is a great product for counting steps, calorie counter and sleep notifications. Fitbit offers great products and I will upgrade went the new heart tracker comes out in 2015

Great product. Easy to set-up and sync. Long battery life and accurate tracking. The wristbands are comfortable and easy to change.

This thing works just like any other fitbit, it tracks the amount of steps you take in a day. What I like about this is that it's wrist-mounted vs the previous iterations that would clip onto a belt, pocket, or other item of clothing. My last fitbit died after the 2nd time it ended up in the wash. What I don't like about it, is the band itself is a little cumbersome to put on by yourself and takes a little fiddling to get right. I've heard it's water resistant, but I have yet to test this.

I like the fitbit, for its easy features and lets me know how long I have walked and how much I sleep at night. Just knowing this makes me sleep better. Works well with your iPhone.

I absolutely fell in love with my Fitbit Flex when I bought it! First of all, it took me awhile to purchase it at first because I wanted to make sure that it would fit my large wrists and when I went into my local Best Buy store, there was an employee that actually let me try his on. So when I realized it for, I decided to buy mine right then and there! After the first few days of using it, I realized how much you can actually track with it, so it seems like the more I use it, the more results I can see!

I like the fitbit bracelet. It does what I wanted it to do and what it said it would. It's easy to maintain and doesn't get in the way. The app is user friendly and detailed. The website is even better and more detailed. This bracelet has been wonderful.
