Customers are satisfied with the Flex Wireless Activity Tracker's sleep tracking, ease of use, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate the long battery life, comfortable size and weight, and the motivational aspects of the device. Don't Buy It in Black

The FitBit Flex works well, just don't purchase it in black. After only a month of normal activity it looks like I've owned it a year. I've had a couple glitches with the app, but overall a good product.

I love my fitbit! I wear it every day. The only thing I don't like is that you have to put in into and out of sleep mode. Therefore not getting a 100% accurate sleep pattern since I am hard to fall asleep.

Been using a few weeks now and love it, I like knowing how many steps I am taking each day, I noticed I am up moving around more since I can check anytime and on different devices, cell phone, tablet or my computer. Only bad thing it does use lots of battery on the cell phone. So I prefer the tablet and computer for tracking. . The battery lasts about a week if you don't check it to often, average I have to charge it about every 4 days Its easy to charge, and doesn't take as long as listed in instructions which was a nice surprise. If I purchase another I will get the one with the watch so I didn't have to wear both watch and the fitbit band.

This little thing keeps me up and going! Love how it tells me how many calories I have left to eat and the silent alarm is great for waking me up without disturbing my husband.

Pretty good. Does what I want. But I wish I spent a little extra and got the one with the clock on it. Its really annoying to have this on your wrist, like a watch, and not be able to check the time.

I purchased this for my aunt as a gift and she really likes it and looks at the number of steps about 100 times a day. I am thinking of getting one, but would like the hr that shows time and heart rate too.

I had been confused between the Jawbone and the Fitbit. However, given that the Jawbone trackers randomly die within the first year of use I chose fitbit and ever since I haven't looked back. Great job Fitbit. I might upgrade to the Charge HR once I save enough to buy it :)

This is a good product. The first week it took some time adjusting to how it calculates steps but I think its fairly accurate. I like that it has an app so I can sync the app with my Fitbit and know exactly how many steps I have. I also like that it syncs with My Fitness Pal app. Lastly, the website allows you to join groups to meet other Fitbit users to get inspired and to challenge yourself.

This is my first time using an activity monitor and I've been very happy with it. I like that you can wear it and forget about it. I also like that it works with my phone so I can always check my exact status, although the flex lights give you an approximation. It is a bit of a pain that the counting can be quirky. You need to keep your arms in motion or you don't get a full count of steps (ie;grocery shopping) and you need to remove if doing something with a lot of vibration (electric sander, jigsaw, etc.) otherwise it over counts. In the end, it's enough to get me going to achieve at least 10K steps per day and that's already an improvement.

The only reasons I need to upgrade from iPad Air to iPad Air 2 is of space and not all apps are optimized for iPad. I got one, only problem is it is so thin, when the sound is on, it vibrates..........a lot.

I was one of the lucky ones who rushed out to Best Buy -- the only place the FitBit was available last month (even before the manufacturer had it in stock). Last one off the shelf. Set up and sync is fairly simple. The sleep feature is a real eye-opener (sorry for reverse pun). My husband has the clip-on version that also has an LED read-out (which seems more convenient). So far so good; need more time to learn and take advantage of all the features. ("Sold" two of my office mates on the FitBitFlex.)

I've had my for bit for a couple months now and it's great. I love it. Works great with the app, only thing is it lags a little bit but that's just because it needs to sync. I've been swimming with it. It's held up fine. Syncs up with MyFitnessPal and other apps. You don't even have to enter when you exercise. And if you forget to put it in sleep mode, just add a sleep log and put down the time you slept and it will pop up. :) What I don't love is that it shows wear easily. Also, it can smell when it gets a little bit wet and you let it dry because it is rubber-y and rubber-y stuff with skin is no bueno. All in all, great product!

I actually purchased a fitbit charge HR. It was a gift. The receiver seems very pleased and wears it all the time. When working out the band will rub a little bit, causing some very slight irritation.

I love the awareness this device provides. I was so excited the first time it vibrated when I hit my 1st day of 10,000 steps. And it syncs automatically with other apps, which makes it very user friendly.

The wrist band fits well and is water resistant. It is small and discrete. The dashboard is difficult to use. Easy to charge.
