It's great for tracking my steps and sleep patterns. I would prefer a different wrist band. The one that comes with it is difficult to fasten.

I bought this Fit Bit for my boyfriend because he likes gadgets, plus he is in the healthcare industry. I thought he would like all the ways it tracks your daily health habits. I was right! He tracks his daily steps and sleep, and seems to really enjoy using it.

The Fitbit flex is an easy tool to assist in your health regiment, whether your an novice or an exercise pro. Fitbit Flex is helping me meet certain goals which include a daily step goal as well as weekly burning calories. It is easy to use and I highly recommend register the Fitbit on their website to take advantage of some of their tool such as access to certain exercise regiment, a community encouragement option, etc.

Wasn't sure if I would use a wearable fitness tracker so I wanted an easy to use, relatively small, affordable device. I really like everything about this specific model. The fitbit application is simple to setup and navigate. I've been impressed with the accuracy of the device counting steps and stairs. Fastens securely with a wide variety of interchangeable bands. Overall, it's perfect for someone who wants an easy to use device or to try as a new user.

I enjoy tracking my steps and sleep habits. It is probably a prelude to things to come. But, until then it does a great job. One criticism, don't wear it while operating a reciprocating saw...

Using the fitbit has been a great way to effortlessly track progress like steps and calories. Haven't had any technical issues or breakdowns. Best Buy offers a cheap (in price) warrantly for 2 years so I don't have to worry about any break downs either.

Although I had to return my first fitbit flex due to a malfunction, it was replaced, no questions asked. It's great for motivation to get and keep moving and sleep tracking helps, too.

I have had my Fitbit for over a week now and I am really enjoying it. It's so easy to track steps and sleep cycles and it syncs wonderfully with the MyFitnessPal app that I use all the time. A great new resource for those who wish to improve themselves.

it's a simple device; only has the lights that track steps but doesn't really tell you the number. Depending on how you set up your daily target (I started with 10,000) so a light goes on solid for every 20% of your goal and then flashes as I'm working on the next 20%. Eventually I want to upgrade to one of the more expensive models that would show me exact steps right on the piece - vs. having to go to my computer. I do hope they work on the styling and make them slimmer and more resembling jewelry since you have to wear it all the time. Not sure I'm doing the "sleep mode" correctly. I think that needs to be tweaked. Overall I find its great for those of us trying to get started on fitness program. It motivates you to try and get the next light to go solid and to end the day with all five lights solid. Definitely an eye-opener on how many steps you do on a daily basis

I love using the fitbit flex to track my most active days and sleep habits. As a teacher, I know I'm on my feet a lot, but it feels great to see how much...and the other teachers in my school compete to beat each other with daily and weekly goals. Easy to use...but be warned that the tracker is not compatible with an iPhone 4. Since my phone is from a couple years ago, I have to upload to my computer each night instead of viewing my progress throughout the day. Also, my flex from Best Buy was delivered in a crunched up box and the actual package inside was sliced open on the bottom. I returned it and bought one elsewhere instead. I love the band, though!

Bought it for my dad and he loves it! He is good with technology but it's easy for him to use and he was excited about how it tracks his sleep. Can be used for calorie counting too but for simple steps and sleep schedule as well. Recommend it!

The Flex has a lot of good features that have worked great for me; I work out frequently but am not a serious athlete or anything. It helps me keep track of the miles I've walked/ran, calories I've burned, and the sleep tracker is a cool function. The bluetooth syncing to the app is simple and works for me. The downfall of this band and the only reason I would want to upgrade in the future is that it can't measure your heart rate (and there's no way to input it manually). So there's no way for this product to be completely accurate. Overall, it gives a good estimate for the casual person who works out and wants to keep track of basic movement and sleep.

I love my Fitbit. it does everything from tracking my steps to tracking my sleep pattern. It also "nudges" me to complete my goal with a silent buzzer when I am closing my goal. If I were a cheerleader I would cheer for Fitbit at top of my lungs.

Purchased this for my wife for Mother's day. She loves it. Simple, elegant, and it works great with her iPhone 4 (yes we need to update that too!) She uses the smaller band and the larger band would have fit me fine. It really makes a difference in her attitude towards her health and activity. We have a new kitten and 2 young daughters (3.5 yo and 11 month old) so she doesn't use the sleep tracker since we never get a full nights sleep anyways. Battery life is acceptable, a few days. Some of our friends have this product as well and the app allows you to challenge friends which is cool. She finds herself walking laps around the house at night to make sure she meets her daily goal! I also purchased a Tori Burch gold bracelet for when she gets dressed up, which looks great but you need to purchase the activity tracker here to use it.

Very versatile unit that monitors steps, distance, calories, sleep and diet. Like my fitness pal mated to striiv. Pretty accurate, unobtrusive wristband and holds charge pretty well. What brings rating down us difficulty closing wristband clasp, occasional difficulty synching with iPhone and it is rather costly. Overall, I would recommend it, but it is twice the price of a striiv unit and a budget conscious person might not spend the extra money.

I love this. It's really cool to see how long you've slept and how far you've walked. The calorie counter is also helpful to me, although the manual calorie inputs are annoying. I wish it also monitored my heart rate. Also, the band quality is awful. I broke 2 of them within a week, but I emailed their customer service, and they are sending me a free one. Here's hoping I have better luck with the new band. Otherwise, I really like this product.

The Fitbit Flex is easy to use and does what I expected. I don't have a smart phone but it works fine with my computer. I don't have the time to go on-line to utilize all the features in tracing my sleep and diet but, still, it gives me the info that I wanted. My only problem is that it's not quick and easy to fasten on my wrist. The way it snaps on is awkward because you need to press the top of the band against the underside of your wrist. Also, I was working and when lifting some fabrics, the band fell off and I didn't realize it. Fortunately, I retraced my steps and found it. Except for the design of the band, it's great for the price.

Good: I love the tracker, the data you get from it alone is pretty awesome but when you pair the FitBit app with other fitness apps, such as my fitness pal and map my ___ you become master of health and fitness. Bad: The bands that comes with the tracker break easily if you bend them backwards too much (to take the tracker in/out of the band) i bout 20 bamds from amazon for lile $10 *beware they are cheap and stiff, you have to wear them a bit to break them in, but in the meantime pay close attention to it so you don't lose it. Also, beware of the charger, sometimes it doesn't charge very well, you have to tape it down sometimes.
