Enjoy using the product and ease of sync with IPhone Would like ability to have more feedback directly on the unit to see

As I said in the title: the prior version (not a band) was much better than this mute band: I was able to SEE my progress and the time! Huge deal for me. With this band I only see dots (approximations of my goals) and the battery lasts about 3.5-4 days. The unit before it: 10 days on Avg. What's worse, I noticed the newer version of the band with a display is coming in early Nov. I tried to return it to buy the newer one ($30 xtra) and was declined as I had passed the 2 weeks from purchasing. I got this from my wife: she purchased 2 as our annv present on Oct 4, Best Buy just flat declined the return, even if it meant $60 more to their profit. I am not please about it and the product is way overpriced for what it does.

I started with the Fitbit Zip. Sometimes I would leave the house and forget to get it or I would be wearing an outfit that the Zip would not attach to. I upgraded to the Flex. It works great and I am very happy with it.

it is light and easily manageable. Battery life is reasonable. I very much like it

The app could use work but the band was decent at doing what it said it would. I thought features like the sleep tracking could've been automated based on heart rate but that may have been my imagination. Either way, having to turn on the sleep tracking seemed somewhat pointless as doing so makes you remember when you went to sleep. I haven't dabbled too much in the competition's offerings but I'd say this is an okay band. I was expecting more, but maybe I was unreasonable.

It does what it says but is a little overpriced. The clasp is difficult to get closed.

Really like it, pushes you. Just did not realize that you need to take some time to input information for the item to work to the best advantage for you. Once you enter the information and keep up with it, then you will get the full results. Thinking about upgrading to the "Force" though, as it is not much more and provided a better display on the device. No big deal, but like numbers instead of dots.

Its great, i bought it to track how many steps i take at work, the sleep log is reslly good to, it logs how many times u toss and turn.

Very easy to use! Anyone can do it! I love being able to follow my steps, calories, and workouts! Watching my numbers everyday and seeing how they flucuate and really seeing my true numbers and not estimating on a daily basis of what I think they maybe! I asked for the fitbit for Mother's Day and it's the best present! I don't regret it one bit! It really makes me aware of how what exactly I am doing! I would always compare myself to my husband but now that I have my own....my numbers are much different than his!

I love checking how many steps I've taken each day. Also, the sleep feature is fabulous!

This tracker is great at what it does. I was not miss lead and I knew it would only track movements. However, I wish is did more for the cost it was, like monitor heart rate or really anything other than just movement. Yes, the app help keep up with other things, but there are free app that are just as good at that. Overall for what it is, it is a good product. It is just not worth the money.

I love the sleep tracking feature. Sometimes it goes into different modes on its own without me doing it though.

so does any new smart phone. If you are a fitness freak, get it. If you want its functionality at work AND you carry your smart phone on you, don't both.

The wait for this to be released was frustrating but I am happy I waited. As a previous owner of the fitbit, the flex version has some worthwhile improvements mainly the fact that you never have to remove it except to charge it. Waterproof / resistant -No more forgetting to remove it from clothing or accidental throwing in the laundry or losing it altogether. No more clips or holders that crack or break. Etc. -- syncing of data is a breeze as usual and I love the new website displays. Happy with purchase would buy again.

Fitbit is a great way to stay fit and keep track of your movement. I have loved my fitbit and continue to upgrade each year. Be gentle when putting the band on and off, because it will wear and tear (buy extra bands).

I bought this for my wife. I would have given it a 5 star but the first one quit charging after owning it for a week. Best buy exchanged it for a new one.

The product is nicely design and seems to work better when connected to the app. Helps keep health and fitness log on track. Great for beginners working out.

I just put on my Fit Bit and already have walked 5,000 + steps! I am struggling to figure it all out but that is only because I am so computer illiterate!

I wear mine everyday. I got this to try and get back in shape and I love it so far. I am always trying to get the 5 dots on the band to reach my daily goal!
