It does it's job; wish it was more informative. I think I may need more time to get comfortable with it.

I bought it for the wife for X-mas...and she says she like its a lot. I have no real opinion other than It's my wife's FitBit but I'm responsible for charging it.

This tracker has an "Active Minutes" category, but if you use the exercise feature, your minutes don't count as active minutes. Also no "stairs" tracker.

I love my new fitbit. I can already see a big improvement in my weight. My friends and I love to challenge each other, which really helps me keep going and being accountable for my calorie count and my step count.

Bought this for my daughter.She asked for it for her Birthday. Ended up trading it in on the HR. She wanted more than this one could do. She loves it.

I enjoy the Fitbit Flex, this it's a great tracker - I chose between this and several other units on the market, primarily because of the iPhone/iPad capability. I only wish it "knew" when you were working out - it's great when I go running outside, but swimming or in the gym, it is unable to capture - other than that 5 stars. Easy to charge, easy to wear (after the first couple times putting on). Great tracker!

Solid product that does what it is supposed to. Could use some upgrades for it's next generation, however.

My son is using this device and is tracking critical information regarding his health. He is more aware of how much he moves during the day. He is now exercising more. No problems connecting with his Samsung phone.

Fit bit flex is a great tool to monitor steps taken, calories burned, hours slept, food intake etc. Couple of concerns: first is the charging accessory which is not very snug and has a tendency to be loose and not charge. Second is the tracking. One time, it did not record my run on treadmill even if the battery was fully charged. Maybe just a fluke. Overall, I still like this gadget.

Great device, just what I wanted! I wanted to track my steps and food, and I was thinking I was not sleeping properly too, so this has eased my anxiety about my sleep. I took a while to set it up, but after many tries, got it. I also already broke the first wristband so I am not onto the second one in the pack. I will need to purchase a spare soon, so if this one breaks too, I am not without.

Great Product. I had the ultra but I lost it and was dieing to get another fitbit product. I originally wanted the fitbit force but that was recalled. So i bought the flex and they have 2 bands that come with the product. Large for people like me an small. That was quite a surprise, I thought I'd have to buy that thing but fitbit surprised me. it is super easy to setup to your fitbit account and it works right out of the box. 5 stars product... Fitbit also has there apps for apple and android products...

This is great for counting steps, but does not account for other activities. It is possible to log activity times, but it doesn't convert it to steps.

Got this after my Jawbone Up 24 died. Like that i can change the color of the band and really like how it shows progress to my goal with a simple tap.

I love the size of the Flex and I can easily wear my watch along with it. It the beginning i did not like that i could not see the steps without logging in but I always have my phone and it is easy to click on the app to see my steps. I had a Fitbit Force originally and loved that it had a clock and also counted flights of stairs. I never experienced the rash but it did stop working.

Does everything you expect a tracker to do (count steps, track mileage, etc.) Sleep mode is a really interesting options that monitors quality of rest based on your movements during sleep. Only issue I have is you have to make sure you clean it periodically from sweat & moisture. I've on several ocassions got a rash on my wrist from wearing it. It is a good starter tracker overall.

This is a great overall fitness tracker, it is very accurate. The sleep tracking on it is amazing and also is very accurate.

I love my Fitbit. The flex has so many wristband accessories to choose from which makes it even easier to wear everyday. The Fitbit community also makes the purchase well worth it!! Don't live without a Fitbit

I really enjoy being able to monitor my activity. It keeps me honest with myself. I like that it came with two different size bands so I can place it on my ankle when I am going to be shopping and pushing a cart all day. Let's not forget about those challenges that you can con your friends into participating in too! Those Rock!!!!

I love my fitbit and the program. I have lost over 15 lbs in the month I have had it. My only complaint is that the numbers online are incorrect, I am being told they are working on it and aware of the errors. But it is frustrating. If you can be patient with the company fixing the errors, this is a great product.
