Charges quickly and battery has a long life. Accurate tracker

I bought it for my 75-year old Dad. He no longer has a firm step and it is not sensitive enough to count his steps when he is just walking around. It does count them when he is on the treadmill - he walks firmer when he is in exercise mode. The clasp is also hard for his older hands to close. With that said, he has enjoyed it. Worth the price to encourage him to keep moving!

Love it, it makes it super easy to track everything. The only improvement is if it gave the actual step count instead of percentage to goal.

I have been using the flex for a few weeks now and I find it very reliable. It seamlessly syncs with my iPhone, so I never have to think about it. I find that the sleep monitoring is also very useful.

This helps me keep up my exercise routine and walk every day! It's fun to have friends you can compete with.even though my son cheats with his.

It seems to accuately track steps which keeps me honest. By that I mean it is easy to overestimate how many steps you have taken or how many active minutes you have had in a day. When you sync you know exactly what have done. I love the weekly report, it is an incentive for me to improve week over week

The sleep tracking feature is great. Battery seems to last a long time.

I previously owned the Nike Fuel band and decided to change to FitBit. I really like that the app includes everything that I needed to track food, weight and steps. I am very happy with the FitBit.

The only downside to this product is that it allows me to challenge my friends and I am I relentless when it comes to a challenge. This thing might be the death of me. In the best way possible.

This was a gift for my mom, and she seems to really like it, and being able to track her steps, and seeing how her sleep cycle fluctuates. Being in a group that can connect with each other through challenges is fun for her too. The one drawback for the flex is the bracelet, since it doesn't have a clasp, it can sometimes be "unsnapped" by accident.

I absolutely love my fitbit flex. In the nearly 4 months that I have had it, I've only taken it off to shower and charge. That being said, the biggest negative for the flex, is having to take it off to charge. It really stinks when you don't get to count your steps for an hour or two because it's charging. Other than that, I have no complaints and highly recommend!!

I like simple. This fitbit is very easy to use, to charge, and they have a good online portal to track your progress. I even appreciate the ability to compete against my friends and get weekly updates.

This is my second Fitbit flex. Unfortunately, I have had a few problems. First the clasp was difficult to secure when I first purchased. Secondly, the sleep mode is not always functioning. I tap the Flex and it does not track my sleep. The indicator does not change. This never use to happen when I first purchased. It does however, record my daily activity.

Instructions are not clear, can not set pace, I did 500 steps going from bed to the bathroom.

Charger is wayyy too small.. I've lost it numerous times.. Works great in the shower.. Excellent for sleep tracking..

I am so glad I invested in this. It is easy to set up, easy to use and helps me to stay on track and get more active.

It works pretty good so far, I've only had it a week or two I wish it was a bit smaller or maybe implanted in the skin behind my neck (:
