My advise is get a dark color band as the light colored bands get dirty very quickly. Works well

I highly recomend this product as it is easy to use as well as a great tracking devise for exercise, calories and sleep.

I decided to buy the flex because I really didn't need to monitor my heart rate, I love the flex it is comfortable to wear and doesn't irritate me the way most things I try to wear on my wrist do.

A fairly robust fitness tracker, especially at this price point. Not much interaction possible with the band itself, so if you need a display I'd lean towards a smart watch. LED lights show your progress towards your step goal, and the band vibrates when you have met it. The app is full featured, easy to use, and quick to set up. Overall, I'd say worth the money.

This product was a gift to a family member. We could not get it set up on his tablet, so it had to be on mine. That is a minor inconvenience.

Like the sleep activity and syncing of ur steps and activities

I absolutely love my pink fitbit. It works with most of my wardrobe and keeps me motivated to hit my goal steps and be more aware of my physical activity each day. I'm glad I bought it! The only downside is having to make sure the battery is charged - it lasts about 3 days - but otherwise it will turn off in the middle of the day and you lose the activity data.

I purchased the Fitbit after my annual physical, needless to say, after I hit 50 my levels of activity dropped and my caloric intake increased. The Fitbit has given me the motivation to get up off the couch and exercise on a daily basis. I've had the Fitbit a little over a month, and have already dropped eight pounds with only minor adjustment to my diet. Over the past few months, the only negative I can think of it will occasionally enter sleep mode when I clap during concerts.

I wanted to know my sleep habits. Does great. It is easy to understand.

This fell off my daughters wrist and she lost it. The strap mechanism is flawed. I recommend their other versions with a real watch strap.
